Luxury Villa on Gulf Beach next to Pointe West Resort Club

The villa is in perfect condition. Newly updated Beach Club Resort and new elevators in 2025 also. Part of 4 Villa buildings that surround the resort club, we are located next to all the amenities. No need to rent a golf cart or pack the car each time you want to enjoy the beach club. The dune walkover extends from the Pointe West Resort club over natural habitat! Beach Villa is modern, comfortable, clean and can accommodate a family of 5 to 6. There are beautiful views of the beach and Gulf throughout the villa and from the balcony. Sunrise in the morning and shade in the afternoon is perfect. Located in the heart of the Pointe West resort, the Beach Club and amenities are moments away. The beach is stunning, expansive, regularly groomed, and closed to vehicle traffic - making it the perfect spot to enjoy the surf, fly kites, and/or build sandcastles with your family. No congestion on this West end of Galveston and only 25 minutes to the East end (traffic dependant).

The Beach Club is a two-story elevated building and has an infinity edge pool adjacent to the heated Jacuzzi. The lower level has a children's wading pool and grills all overlooking the beach and Gulf. The club also has a restaurant, bar (almost panoramic view and lovely beach views!) gift shop, and picnic area with gas grills. The restaurant, bar, and gift shop hours are seasonal. In addition to stairs and elevators, wheelchair accessible ramps are provided for guests both ends of the walkover.

There is a heated sunset pool which is located bay side with a lazy river. A full basketball and pickleball court on the grounds. There are more than 3 miles of beach and 6 miles of biking trails at the Resort. A fire pit - request set up at resort office - which is perfect for cuddling and toasting marshmallows, The fire pit is located near the condo. Bring your fishing gear and Acadamy license as you can cast & catch right from the shoreline.

The Sunset pool is heated on the bay side of the resort; it includes a lazy river surrounded by swaying palm trees. The pool and Jacuzzi provide a relaxing atmosphere with views of the sunset on the bay. There is also a lanai with a grill. Bring binoculars there to watch beautiful birds and wildlife.

The owners personally manage the Beach Villa and are highly committed to the quality of each guest’s experience. The condo is maintained in top condition. Please feel free to contact us if you have questions or would like to inquire about availability!
Important Notes for guests follow:
1) The Pointe West Resort Beach Club is separately owned and operated. They charge a $25 per person per stay fee for guests age 4 and up which is collected at the Beach Club Office (masks optional if you are sick). The Club contacts guests by email prior to arrival to collect payment.
2) Guests should strongly consider purchasing trip insurance or travel insurance online at vacationrentalinsurance dot com which is worth the peace of mind and about 6% cost of your stay.
3) Guests are strongly advised to stop at a Grocer in Galveston or Lake Jackson to pick up morning groceries, coffee, and dinner items if needed.
This villa is used mostly for short term rentals, GVR#08236, but long term are welcome also. It is located on the West End of Galveston, Tx in the Pointe West Resort (3 miles of beach) right next to the San Luis Pass and toll bridge ($2.00).
Activities at the villa resort include a full-length basketball court, a pickle ball court, a second sunset pool with a mini lazy river heated in the winter, kayaking (bring or rent/not provided), sailing or deep-sea fishing (Rentals at marina's close by), waterparks, shopping, theme park with rides. Next to this villa is an elevated 3 story club housing the main amenities including the infinity edge pool, lower level with grills and children's wading pool, an exercise room, gift shop, restaurant and 4th level bar with an almost panoramic view. All amenities are separately owned and run by the owner's association and there is a fee of $25.00 to use it during your whole stay per person.
The owners own and manage this villa and communicate efficiently by text, phone, and email. We do everything we can to ensure our guests expectations are met and have their best stay/vacation.
