Nestled in the Manoir de Kerhayet - a true Breton manor house of the 17th century, Ti Bras is a cottage of character that has preserved all the charm and authenticity of the place through the centuries. 100 m² of old stones, exposed beams and creaking parquet floors will be the warm haven of the 7 people who stay there.

On the night side, you will have a beautiful and large bedroom overlooking the courtyard with a double bed (140x190), a second bedroom overlooking the garden with 1 double bed (140x190) and 1 large single bed (120x190) and a third bedroom overlooking the garden also with 2 single beds (90x190). A bathroom with shower and a separate toilet also complete the first floor.

On the day side, a comfortable living room presided over by the large fireplace, a large functional kitchen fully equipped for tasty tables, a second bathroom with bathtub this time and separate toilets make up the first floor.

On the garden side, the cottage benefits from a large private terrace, facing south, which will accommodate both your moments of idleness (sunbathing) and conviviality (garden table and chairs, parasol, barbecue, street lamp for the evening...)

On the relaxation side, the indoor swimming pool (8.5 x 4 m) and the spa (4 seats) - also accessible to the Ti Kreiz and Ti Bihan cottages - are bubbling to await you. The pool and spa area is open every day of the year: from 10 am to 8 pm from the beginning of April to the end of October, and from 2 pm to 8 pm from the beginning of November to the end of March.

The games room, set up in the old stables, will be the scene of your most beautiful games of table football, billiards, table tennis or darts... Not to mention the petanque court for the most tired and the swing/slide for the little ones.

You will have plenty of time to walk through an estate of more than 2 hectares composed of a park, a medieval garden, an orchard and a forest for the more adventurous. A total immersion in the heart of nature, with bucolic charm, ideal for recharging your batteries.

Located in the heart of Brittany, less than an hour from the main towns of its western end and the seaside of the Côtes d'Armor and Finistère, the Manoir de Kerhayet will allow you to radiate towards all that the region has to offer: between the Pink Granite Coast, the Monts d'Arrée and the Parc d'Armorique you will discover the Valley of the Saints and its 200 granite giants, the festivals of the Vieilles Charrues and Motocultor de Carhaix, the Gorges du Corong, the small town of Huelgoat full of mysteries and legends... to name just a few examples.
