This top-floor flat, with no lift, comprises a beautiful, light-filled 40 m² living area, with a fully fitted and equipped kitchen opening onto the living room, separated by a glass partition, and three beautiful, spacious and restful bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor and features a queen-size bed (160 x 200). Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms, each fitted with high-end bedding: one with a queen-size bed (160 x 200) and the other with two single beds (80 x 200), as well as a large walk-in wardrobe in each.

The property also features a sofa bed (160) with a memory foam mattress for an extra sleeping space if required. There are two bathrooms, one on the ground floor (with a shower and two separate washbasins), and a separate toilet.

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional appliances: a washing machine and tumble dryer…

The flat is ideally situated in Vannes, in a very pleasant neighbourhood. You’ll be close to all essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market…

Transport:
- A bus stop right outside the building; the bus station is a 5-minute walk away.
- If you choose to come by car, you can park nearby: the Qpark car park, which is secure and subject to a charge, is 50 metres away, or the Capucins car park, which is free and a 10-minute walk from the property.

- Nearest railway station: Vannes SNCF station, 10 minutes by car (2 km)
- Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique, 1 hour 15 minutes by car (113 km)
