Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Walk to dozens of hip restaurants, trendy clubs, fun bars, new micro brewery and several galleries in revitalized Down Town Santa Ana. Also shops, grocery, convenience stores, fast food and even the Post Office. Freeway close to many of Southern Californiaā€™s most popular attractions and day trips.

You will have full access to the living room, dining and kitchen area that will be used just by you and the guests staying with you. There is also a patio with a view of the courtyard and pool area.

There is a Queen size bed in the Master Bedroom with a private bath room with full sized bath tub within the room. There is also a sliding glass door with access to the balcony from the room.

The second room has a full size bed, dresser and large closet. The second full size bath is just across the hall.

The living room has a big screen TV with Spectrum Cable and Netflix, Amazon Prime and a variety of other entertainment options. WiFi access as well. The large comfy couch could easily accommodate sleeping for two additional people.
Guest access
You will have full access to most all places in the unit. A couple of closets are locked for the ownerā€™s personal items.
Other things to note
This is a condo in a large 300+ unit complex. There are lots of other families living here so at times their kids and music can add to the neighborhood feel and may be a bit boisterous. Generally the evenings are mostly quiet though.

The host communicated arrival instructions clearly. He had to be away, but he had another person greet us who instructed us how to access the complex. The complex's location was conveniently located for our activities in the area.

The rooms were clean. The kitchen is nice. A good central location with secured parking (for one car). If you want a homey place with comfortable beds and a good central Santa Ana location this is your place!

The host is a very kind person, but there were some things with this stay that in my opinion and my coworkers that stayed with me that were just inexcusable. There were roaches, an insane amount of them and it freaked my coworkers out and woke them up in the middle of the night because they were surrounding all their belongings and apparently there were mice as well. I donā€™t think this air bnb shouldā€™ve been open for people to stay at with the infestation of these bugs and rodents. You could get a modern stay for the same price as this listing, but without the health hazards. Like I said, the owner was a kind man, offering his apartment he lives at the others, his communication was great as well. But it wasnā€™t as clean as a hotel or a normal Vrbo stay would be. Plus the ac situation in my opinion was kind of rough, with the back guest room getting the hottest throughout the day even when following his advice with keeping it cool by opening windows at night and what not. The heat plus the roaches, and minimally clean environment really added up and made everyone fed up with the whole experience, after traveling for hours and being met with the quality of this home was not something Iā€™d ever put myself or my coworkers in a position like this again. Luckily, we werenā€™t at this property too often cus we were out busy doing stuff, but if we were more home bodyā€™s during this stay it wouldā€™ve been a much worse experienceā€¦

Do not be fooled by the pictures, this place is outdated and poorly maintained. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this property is not as advertised. The door from the common garage to the elevator was so old and stiff that it required significant force to open. The hallway leading to the unit was dirty and not well maintained, setting a bad first impression. Inside the unit, the issues continued. There only fans provided for cooling, and every single fan was filthy, with visible dust buildup suggesting they hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The refrigerator was another major problem. It was so old that it couldn't even keep bottled water cold. We had to move items back and forth from the freezer just to keep them cool. On top of that, the fridge was full of random items left by previous guests or possibly just never cleaned out. The worst part: roaches. We started noticing them when we turned the lights on after dark, especially in the kitchen. One morning, my nephew woke up to find a roach crawling on his leg, that was the final straw. We had initially stayed to avoid the hassle of rebooking last-minute, but after that experience, we left early. When I contacted the host to request a partial refund due to the unsanitary conditions, I was surprised and disappointed to see the nightly rate suddenly increased to make it seem like there was no difference between staying 6 nights or 4, effectively denying any refund. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Daughterā€™s Graduation

We needed a place to stay so we could be at our daughterā€™s graduation. This apartment was the closest we found. We were able to get to her in 15 minutes by car which made things very easy. Eric great about being in contact. He had a very nice assistant work with us as we arrived. Our flight was terribly delayed, and he stuck with us with kindness. Everything was clean. Excellent instructions easily found. Wonderful artwork and posters. Didnā€™t use kitchen except for fridge; however, easily could have. Plenty of things available if needed. Coffee, tea, sugar, etc. Showers were good temperatures with good water pressure. Shampoo, conditioner, new bar of soap. Plenty of towels. The beds were wonderful. The mattress in the main bedroom. We slept like rocks! Exactly what we needed. TVs in both bedrooms and living room. We never turned them on soā€¦The apartment was surprisingly dark; however we were mostly out of the building. There are a lot of security measures (4 locks), parking garage access, etc. We are used to having AC; however, there are fans everywhere, and we opened the windows and patio doors, and the apartment cooled down very fast.

Great place close to Angels stadium, Newport beach, Huntington Beach and more!!!

This was the perfect spot for our group of 6. It had everything we needed. 2 bedrooms that are very comfortable. Spacious living room with couches and TV. Kitchen with everything we needed if we had cooked. Close to all the beaches we wanted to see. Close to stadium and to Disneyland. This was the perfect spot for us. The pool looked very nice. We didn't have time to swim.

Do Not Stay Here - We Left The Second We Showed Up

I am not one to give negative reviews. I usually leave it alone, but this property should not be listed on VRBO. It is not safe and feels more like a prison (trust me, Iā€™m in the legal profession). Iā€™m pretty sure the owner lives in the property and when it gets rented out he stays off site somewhere else. We were at Disneyland and figured it would be a close location to spend the night. We met the owner who let us into the parking garage that has no way out or in unless you have a physical opener. The property is located near old town Santa Ana. There were many homeless people around, including one who was dumpster diving in the ā€œsecluded garageā€ while we were briefly there.After letting us into the garage, the owner took me into the elevator that led to the property. It was hard not to notice the bullet holes in the windows leading to the elevator. From there, we went to the second floor and had to open two closed doors with a key. Finally arriving at the apartment itself, we were let in. The pictures of the property have been cleaned up to look nicer than it is. There is dust and grime everywhere, it hasnā€™t been cleaned in generations it seems.We are not a well off family, but even my children refused to sleep on the beds when we walked in, and the overwhelming sense of not being safe led us to immediately decide to not stay the night there. If this review would let me, Iā€™d keep going, but Iā€™m out of space. In short - do not stay here.

Super cold no heater/AC

The property was ok for the price we paid, the owner and helper were nice and communicated at all time. My only concern is that there was no AC/Heater I had to go my way and purchase a new one for the place since it was during December when it super cold. In addition we all had to use one bathroom to shower as the guest bathroom was in very poor condition with the shower. The masters shower worked but the water barely came out. Other than that it is a cozy place if your staying for couple of nights but not for a entire vacation.

The check in process was ok but we had to coordinate with an outside person to access the property and waiting for him took about 30 minutes of just sitting and not knowing who we were looking for. Entering into the condo had red flags all along the way: stained, mildewed carpet all along the hall. lar VRBO stays. More specifically, there was an uncomfortable amount of personal effects (excess gadgets, toiletries, food, appliances, collectibles, etc) that belonged to the owner rather than our past VRBO experiences where the rental home was more of a hotel environment. If you want the feeling of staying with a random, distanced relative then you will feel comfortable. For our family, it was very uncomfotable to walk into a home filled with the owner's family pictures on all the walls, every condiment/appliance they own on the already small, crowded counter tops in the oards throughout the house had noticeable gaps and weren't laid properly, so your shoe would catch on them when you walked. There was an odd smell of animal urine/alcohol or some other strong cooking spices that were quite overwhelming. In the master bathroom, something (mold/ decay) was hanging from the shower ceiling. The beds, while made, were lumpy and uninviting. The beds, kitchen, flooring, and overall appearance were dated and felt more like we were staying with a relative rather than a sterile hotel. We realize that is precisely why many people prefer the VRBO experience, but it overall wasn't for us.

There was bullet holes in the garage area. The condo is very old and not in the nicest area of Santa Ana. We didnā€™t feel safe. The inside of the condo was laid out nicely. But the bad outweighed the good unfortunately This was probably the worst property Iā€™ve stayed in and Iā€™m a regular customer of VRBO

Nice Condo near Disney

This condo worked well for us for our trip to Disney. Spacious and clean and about 20 minutes away from the park. Did not spend too much time at the property, but there is a nice looking pool and it was quiet and peaceful sitting on the balcony.

Trip to Disney

The listing says it will sleep six and that thereā€™s a futon. There is no futon. Two people have to sleep on the sofa and as long as theyā€™re children, the sofa works I suppose. There mustā€™ve been a dead rodent of some kind while we were staying there and the smell was pretty unbearable by the time we left. I think he tried really hard but our experience just wasnā€™t that great.

We really enjoyed staying at this home. the host was fantastic to work with, he met us at a time that worked with our schedule to check in and show us where to park as well as showed us his home. It was perfect for 6 people. The parking is in a locked garage. The host has lots of fans to help cool the house if needed. It was a great experience!

Cozy

We had 6 people ranging from adults to a 4 year old. Due to the heights of our group members we got a little creative with who was sleeping where, ending with 2 on the couch. The kitchen is as pictured and worked for our needs. Owner was very responsive and easy to work with. Overall enjoyed our stay.
