We take the comfort and safety of our guests very seriously and were surprised by this review. During this guest’s stay, no concerns about mold, leaks, or safety were reported to us through the VRBO platform or during the visit. The first time these issues were raised was after the stay had been completed, when the guest requested a full refund despite having remained in the property for the entire reservation. The property is professionally maintained, including regular pest-control service and routine inspections, and no active leak or mold condition has been identified. The exterior item referenced was part of routine property maintenance and not related to any leak inside the home. If any issue had been reported during the stay, we would have addressed it immediately, as we always strive to ensure our guests are comfortable and satisfied.
