The Home

Filled from top to bottom with one-of-a-kind western collectibles, Silver Sage offers both indoor and outdoor spaces designed for relaxation, connection, and breathtaking red rock views.

Two Master Suites – Each with a plush king bed (organic cotton linens), flat-screen TV, spa-like ensuite bathroom, and stunning views.Main level suite for easy access

Upstairs suite with private balcony, loungers, and a hot tub under the stars



Bathrooms – Two soaking tubs with red rock views, walk-in showers, plus a third full bath on the main level.

Additional Sleeping Space – Daybed with trundle (converts into a king or two twins) in the main living area.

Fun Extras – Two whimsical outdoor showers and a telescope for stargazing, brand new view pool and hot tub!

*Pool can be heated to 84 degrees when average temps are above 60 degrees for $150/day

Kitchen & Living

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals, along with a premium alkaline RO system and whole-home water filtration.

Gather with loved ones in the open-concept living and dining area, where panoramic red rock views fill every window. Step outside to enjoy multiple patios:

Due to delicate collectibles, this home is not ideal for young children. We welcome all ages with proper supervision.

For guest safety, outdoor security cameras are on property.

We do allow well-behaved, potty trained dogs with a $150 pet fee per dog per stay with pre-approval.

Liability Waiver



You understand that swimming and use of any hot tub/pool is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming and use of the hot tub. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and hot tub use and hold the owner harmless.

You understand there are potential dangers that swimming and hot tub equipment may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as dangers to any person using the hot tub and pool if they have health risks, are pregnant, are under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or medication, or otherwise unfit to participate.

You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents, injuries, or medical conditions you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and the members of your party.

You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owner for accidents or claims arising from swimming or hot tub use. All guests in your party acknowledge and agree that confirming a booking constitutes a binding and enforceable contract between guests and host.



Guest Verification & Coverage

All bookings use Superhog ID verification and Damage Deposit Waivers via Enso Connect with associated deposit. Airbnb guests are automatically covered with AirCover, so no separate deposit is needed.
