Beautiful Centrally Located Condo in Silverthorne w/ Easy Access to Ski Areas

This updated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo sleeps 6 with a queen bed and a queen-over-queen bunk bed. It features hardwood flooring, a gas fireplace, a private deck with outdoor seating and a full size kitchen with stainless steel appliances. This rental is a perfect balance of being able to enjoy a quiet stay away, yet the ski areas are conveniently just a short drive away or quickly accessible via the nearby shuttle stops. Treehouse Condominiums offers a wide array of amenities including a clubhouse with an indoor pool and three hot tubs. There's also a sauna, a racquetball court, fitness facilities and coin-operated laundry facilities. There's a fun game room with pool tables, an air hockey table, a ping pong table and a variety of arcade games. Outside there's a tennis court and a playground.

The entryway features mounted hooks and a closet for your convenience as you come and go throughout the day. The cozy living area features hardwood flooring, comfortable furniture, a gas fireplace, and a large flat screen TV. Step outside to the private deck to enjoy treed views and the fresh mountain air.

The recently updated, full size kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware to make a meal away from home and features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The dining table is between the kitchen and living area and seats four. The guest bathroom has a single sink vanity with granite countertops and shower/tub combination. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries.

The primary bedroom features a queen-sized bed and a flat screen TV. The primary bathroom features a single sink vanity also with granite countertops and a separated toilet and shower area for added privacy with walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers a queen-over-queen bunk bed as well as a closet.

Please note: To reserve this property, the reservation holder must be at least 24 years old at the time of booking.

NOTE: Treehouse will no longer be providing cable TV after March 7, 2025. Streaming services will still be available using the Wi-Fi as the complex upgrades to Xfinity.

(For additional sleeping options, air mattresses are available upon request for a small fee.)

3 Adults enjoyed our stay. Beds are super soft. Sectional Sofa was comfy. Nice Kitchen with all the appliances and dishes needed. Fireplace works but couldnā€™t use it much because the heat works really well. We tried to cut the heat back but could not get it to lower. Fortunately there were 3 fans in the closets that we used at night. Place was very clean. Plenty of Toilet paper and paper towels. Host was super responsive with our questions and checked on us. The club house at this unit was a short walk. We really enjoyed the Hot Tub, Pool and Sauna and the game room looked super fun but after skiing all day we did not play anything. We loved the short drives to Vail, Breck, Keystone and we loved the people at Wild Ernest Ski Rentals that is close by and the rates were great. Wee would love to come back.

The condo was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked and the condo was very comfortable. Great central location , as we were skiing both Copper and Breck.. It was also close to Dillon and Frisco.

Easy, clean and a REALLY WARM.

Location and property were great. Couldn't get the temperature of the unit below 74 so we slept with the windows open when it was 20 degrees outside. Other than that minor thing the place is fantastic. Will definitely go back.

Perfect location, roomy, and beautifully decorated

When you walk in the door, the space takes your breath away. It was perfect for me, my husband and my 84 yr old mom. It was great for her to have no steps to deal with, and a bathroom close to her bed. The walk in shower was a plus. Also very nice to have a second bathroom/shower so she could have the ensuite all to herself. The kitchen was beautiful with all the dishes/pots/pans/utensils you could possible need. It was perfect.

Better than I remember

I used to live in Summit County, in Treehousefor a time as a matter of fact. Itā€™s changed so much, and for the better for sure! This unit is spotless. New stuff. The couches and furniture are nice. This location is awesome too. 5 minutes away from Silverthorne. Right on The Stage, so you can leave the driving to someone else.

Great location

Some updates are done, others need to be done. We had issues with radiators not being off had to sleep in 80 degrees. Had plenty of towels but doors in closets would not open properly, made it hard to hang up clothes.

Overall, the stay was okay for the price and the location. The places wifi was absolute trash and barely worked throughout our stay. The check in was not working as the door code wasnā€™t working so we had to call someone to get that figured out. We had a guest of 6 people and the dining table only sat 4. Overall, I think the place was pretty subpar but was good for the price and location.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: SCMR staff folks are great, easily accessed and helpful. The condo is nice overall. Beds comfortable. Kitchen well supplied. Negatives: terrible wireless service that keeps cutting out after being hard to log-in. Door lock keypad did not work- had to call mgr who finally got us into physical key lock box. Had to use key every entry in very dark hallway. Hot water takes forever to flow in showers. TV system seems not to give access to any usual channels- who can tell with having 4 remotes and no clear instructions. Not enough lighting- too few lamps, too dim bulbs. Would like to be more positive, but it is what it is.

Decent place, I DO NOT RECOMEND TO RENT

This complex is not for renters. The HOA has hired a terrible company to manage parking. I arrived at midnight and had my car booted before 9am. Dealing with them felt like dealing with the mob. Horrible accent , could not understand what he was saying. There is a spa area for owners only right behind condo. But renters have to go to main guest area for spa. It is not walking distance in a swimsuit in winter.

And the location to the ski resorts is great.- check in process was pretty easy except for having to register your car to park
