Thank you for your feedback! We're glad you enjoyed the condo and its location on the river. We're sorry some of the amenities didn't meet your preferences. Our listing photos show the furnishings provided, and our listing also explains that we provide starter supplies rather than a fully stocked kitchen, which is why items like salt and pepper aren't included. That said, we certainly would have been happy to help with the coffee maker if we'd known you were having trouble with it. We always want our guests to have a great stay, and we encourage them to reach out during their visit so we have the opportunity to address any issues. We feel a 3-star rating is a bit disappointing given that several of these items were either disclosed in advance or could have potentially been resolved during your stay. We appreciate you choosing to stay with us and wish you the best in your future travels!

Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad the condo was otherwise very nice and everything functioned as it should. I’m sorry the check-in process was so frustrating — waiting for the correct door code is unacceptable. We've already discussed it with our after-hours team and resolved the confusion. Regarding parking, this area is still under construction and the parking spot is supposed to be clearly labeled. We will make sure it's not confusing moving forward.
