Enjoy the BEST unobstructed views of Swaner Preserve and Deer Valley ski resort from this 2 bedroom, 2 bath Townhome. Walk to everything that Kimball Junction has to offer, restaurants, grocery shopping, movie theaters, hiking/snowshoeing trails, coffee shops, boutiques, Pilates studios and more!!
There truly isn't a better location in the Park City area. With the Ski Shuttle just steps away, the Recreational center a short walk from the townhome, you get the privacy of a two story home and the convenience and amenities of a hotel stay.
Drive just 8 minutes to hit the slopes at the Park City Mountain Cabriolet Ski Lift Base. Park City's Main Street and the Deer Valley Resort are also a short drive away. A 30-minute drive takes you to downtown Salt Lake City and the Salt Lake City International Airport. Head home to your private balcony, and relax with views of Uinta Mountain peaks, and the Swaner Eco Center nature preserve.
INSIDE THE CONDO Up to 6 can sleep here, with two bedrooms plus a new sofa bed with a memory foam mattress in the living area. Both bedrooms have their own en-suite bath, so there is no waiting "your turn".
The downstairs master bedroom offers space to spread out, with a king-size bed and a flat screen TV. Glass doors provide private access to the balcony with new Polywood furniture, and an immaculate en-suite bath includes a spacious closet and tiled shower/two person tub combo. The second bedroom also features a king size bed and an attached bath with a standing glass shower.
Curl up around the gas fireplace, watch a movie, or head out onto the balcony from your cozy upstairs living area. A new BBQ and Polywood furniture are just a few of the recent upgrades made to this Park City get away. Perfectly situated balconies allow views of Uinta Mountain peaks, and the Swaner Eco Center nature preserve. Hardwood floors continue into the modern kitchen, where you’ll find stainless steel appliances and all the necessities for dinner prep, then savor your meal in the adjacent dining room, with seating for 4. (two additional stools for extra guests)
There is a washer and dryer located in the unit for your convenience.
This condo is located in a code accessed gated community and has a private garage!!!

Great Week in Park City
Perfect place for 2 couples. Plenty of privacy. Close to everything. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are quite comfy. We would stay here again!

Such an amazing place near Park City! It was perfect for our ski vacation - very close to Park City and easy drive to Deer Valley. Lots of restaurants and shopping within 10 min walking distance. Two nice cafes/bakeries just a few steps down.Apartment itself is great, and very well equipped kitchen. Garage was a nice plus.Communication was proactive and helpful.All around 5 stars.

Terrific Stay
This property is in a great location. Easy access to all ski areas and many restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The Property is very comfortable and well maintained. The owners are very easy to communicate with. I would definitely stay here again.

This was our third visit to this property and it is always a perfect stay. New Park is one of our favorite locations in Park City, and this townhouse in a gated community is the best spot to be. Beautiful views of the Swaner Reserve and the Park City mountainscape. Kathy is a gem of a host. The townhouse is always spotless and well stocked. We will be back for a fourth stay for sure!

Family vacation
This is in a great location above really great restaurants and shopping. Quiet, beautiful view of wetlands, a really nice gym nearby and easy access to skiing without being in the fray of Park City proper.
Plus 2 king size beds so we were all comfortable.

Our son loved riding his bike on the path behind our unit, and walking with his Dad to a pasture with horses. Just meeting people along the way.

Park City Quality Find
My family and I just had wonderful break in this well appointed two bedroom apartment. I cannot fault the apartment or the location, close to shops, restaurants and entertainment. Also it is only a 10 minute drive to Canyons Ski Resort.
We are all looking forward to staying in this gorgeous apartment again.

Great Place In Kimball Junction
Very nice unit. Convenient to shops and restaurants. Perfect if you don't want to stay in PC. Canyons and PC are a short drive. During the week ski parking is no problem.

Location, Location, Location
We had an extended stay while our Park City house was being remodeled. Loved being walking distance to restaurants, grocery, smoothie store, bike paths, Swaner Nature Preserve, movie theater, free concerts on the lawn by Maxwell's, etc. Very nice unit and super responsive owner. Highly recommend!

Perfect in Park City
We have been taking summer vacations in Park City for 16 years. This NewPark home is now one of our favorites. Perfectly clean, easy check in, and very comfortable. The decor, art work, and furnishings all add to the home’s ambiance. However, the best feature is the two decks. Beautiful views for morning breakfast and evening desserts. Booking with Kathy was a breeze, and we can’t wait to come back!

Perfect Townhome in Park City
We will be back! The views were fantastic, the location couldn't have been better and the host was very responsive and quick to offer up recommendations for our visit. We have stayed in this complex before, but the personal touches that the host provided was a notable difference from when we dealt with a large management company. From the ease of check in, to the basket of treats, to the very well stocked kitchen, we couldn't have asked for more. Until next year!!

Ideal location!
The location is unbeatable. We’ve stayed at the resorts in prior years but this was better! It is walking distance or a 2 minute drive to everything you could want during a week’s stay! Very diverse and excellent restaurants, shopping, liquor store and much more. It’s about 5 miles from the closest resort. The unit itself is very well equipped and furnished. I especially like the 2 master bedrooms on 2 separate floors. The preserve in the back made for nice sunrise views in the morning! All was great!!!

Really enjoyed our Stay but wish owner had disclosed heat issue downstairs
The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Good location for dining at end of day. During Presidents' Week, travel up to Park City was more time consuming than initially contemplated as midweek crowds exceeded expectations with all the great snow. Only caveat is that owner should disclose heating problem in downstairs bedroom in property descriiption.

Thank you so much for taking the time to review your stay. Yes! The area has been very busy this year with fantastic snow! I'm so glad you were able to take part in unmatched conditions. All units in the Park Terrace complex tend to have the down stairs slightly cooler than the upstairs, which we do address in our welcome letter. We provide a space heater with a thermostat for those people that would like it a bit toastier. Thank you again for your feedback.

Location is ideal and view from balcony is excellent. Master bedroom on lower floor is not ideal. Balconies really not ready for prime time.
Garage not suitable for large vehicles (Suburban)

We love the view too! It's hard to beat. People seem to love the separation of the two master style suites on different floors for privacy, sorry it wasn't ideal for you. The garage is suitable for most vehicles, BUT we also provide a parking pass for all of our guests if they are not comfortable pulling an oversized vehicle into the garage space. It is included in the complementary snack/goodie basket we gift all of our guests. Sorry you didn't see it!

Can't wait to come back
I stayed there with my fiance and our best friends who are also a couple for a ski trip. The property was literally perfect. It was so clean and updated. The beds were super comfortable and cozy. The kitchen was stocked with all of the right utensils and cooking ware. The location was PERFECT. It's right in the back of a very cute shopping center with a ton of restaurants, shops and fitness centers like Orange Theory, F45, etc. The hosts were very responsive and made sure we were taken care of. Also, there is a free shuttle bus that picks you up near the house and takes you to Park City which is convenient. Can't say enough good things about our stay and experience, Cannot wait to come visit again!

Amazing location
Best location condo walkable to many restaurants, groceries, bakery, gourmet meat and fish market, coffee shops, and movie theater literally downstairs. Valet the skis at ski base. Uber (10 min) to Canyons sundial lodge at base, get skis, then get on gondola. Host is very responsive and accommodating. Only downside is airflow to bottom master so it’s cold (mitigated with portable heater). We didn’t really use heater just more blankets as we like it cold to sleep.

We are a family of outdoor enthusiasts that fell in LOVE with Park City. Our immediate thought was that we wanted to share it with all of friends and family, and by extension, our guests!! We take great pride in making our properties first class. We want everyone who stays here, to love it as much as we do.

Park Terrace is the best of both worlds!! We are close to the ski resorts, hiking/snowshoeing and downtown, but outside the hustle and bustle, just enough to make this the perfect place to call home on vacation. Our unit has the best views in all of Park Terrace, just across from the open space and trails that run through Swaner Preserve.
There is soooo much offered in the Redstone area, great restaurants, shopping, coffee shops, groceries, a movie theater, pilates studio! We are steps from amazing hiking trails, moments to Olympic Park, and just over 3 miles to Canyons Resort.
Drive just 8 minutes to hit the slopes at the Park City Mountain Cabriolet Ski Lift Base. Park City's Main Street and the Deer Valley Resort are also a short drive away. A 30-minute drive takes you to downtown Salt Lake City and the Salt Lake City International Airport. Head home to your private balcony, and relax with views of Rocky Mountain peaks, and the Swaner Eco Center nature preserve.
