Park City Newpark 67 is a beautifully remodeled two-level townhome located in the heart of Kimball Junction's vibrant community that provides the perfect blend of luxury, convenience, and natural beauty. Situated in an ideal location, the townhome is just steps from shopping, restaurants, grocery, a recreation center, and more, making it easy to enjoy everything Kimball Junction has to offer. The property is directly on a paved walking and biking trail, which connects to the extensive Park City trail network. Guests can take advantage of the free shuttle bus to explore top attractions, including Deer Valley, Park City Resort, Canyons Village, and Historic Main Street, all just a short ride away.

This 1,550-square-foot property offers luxury and comfort for up to six guests. It features two bedrooms, a loft with a queen Murphy bed, and 2.5 bathrooms and incredible views from both levels.

Guests can enter the property through the garage or the front door, stepping directly into the main-level great room that is open and bright with amazing views!

Living Room:
The living room exudes a warm and contemporary ambiance, with a wood-beam ceiling and luxury furnishings. A plush sectional sofa, comfortable chairs, and a cozy gas fireplace make it the perfect space for relaxation. Entertainment options include a 65” Smart TV, and the space opens to a private patio through double glass sliders. Outside, guests can enjoy Adirondack rocking chairs, a soothing private hot tub, and breathtaking views of the Swaner Preserve and mountains.

Kitchen:
The modern kitchen is fully equipped for all your culinary needs. It features stylish stone countertops, a kitchn island with bar seating for two, and high-end stainless steel appliances, including a 4-burner Blue Star gas range, a Thermador refrigerator/freezer with an ice maker, microwave and dishwasher. A Keurig and drip coffee maker and other small appliances add to the convenience.

Dining Area:
The dining area, situated between the living room and kitchen, features a lovely round dining table with seating for six. Its central location makes it a natural gathering space for meals and conversations.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms:
Primary Bedroom (2nd Level): This luxurious retreat offers a king bed, a 65” Smart TV, and a private balcony with incredible views. The en suite bathroom includes two separate vanities, a walk-in closet, and a tile-and-glass shower with dual showerheads.

Powder Room (1st Level): The remodeled powder room on the main level includes a spacious vanity and a lighted mirror.

Outdoor Spaces:
The main-level patio provides a tranquil outdoor retreat, complete with a private hot tub and Adirondack rocking chairs. From this vantage point, you can enjoy the serene beauty of the Swaner Nature Preserve and take in breathtaking mountain views. The primary bedroom's private balcony provides another spot to enjoy the spectacular views.
