The property is directly on a paved walking and biking trail, which connects to the extensive Park City trail network. Guests can take advantage of the free shuttle bus to explore top attractions, including Deer Valley, Park City Resort, Canyons Village, and Historic Main Street, all just a short ride away.
This 1,550-square-foot property offers luxury and comfort for up to six guests. It features two bedrooms, a loft with a queen Murphy bed, and 2.5 bathrooms and incredible views from both levels.
Guests can enter the property through the garage or the front door, stepping directly into the main-level great room that is open and bright with amazing views!

A Keurig and drip coffee maker and other small appliances add to the convenience.
Dining Area: The dining area, situated between the living room and kitchen, features a lovely round dining table with seating for six. Its central location makes it a natural gathering space for meals and conversations.
