Host was very welcoming. Sent all the info I need and included other things that helped prepare us for our stay. The cabin is in a great location away from the crowd but very close to lots of attractions, shopping and dining. There were many things to do in the cabin- games, arcade, pool table, hot tub which kept the teenagers busy. There were plenty of room to spread out and everything was as described in the listing.

Great cabin, great location. It was a perfect size for our family. Our only complaint is the beds were a little hard for some family members. If you like a firm mattress, you'll love it. The kids loved the pool table. (Ages 16-22).

Ruby Ridge

Clean cabin and well appointed. We stayed for a week and thoroughly enjoyed it. One short steep road leading up to the cabin, but easy to access besides. A couple things to note with the layout: the lower patio (including hot tub) only have access through a bedroom, and the double sided fireplace on the main level gives a bit of an open view from the main living area into the master (including the spa bathtub). The pool table is slightly too large for the area in the loft, so there are a few places on the table that are a bit challenging to play. All that said, the cabin and views were beautiful and well worth staying at.

Great family mini-vacation

Beautiful well stocked cabin that was close to all the attractions and restaurants in Pigeon Forge without making you feel like you were staying in town. The cabin was clean and had beautiful views of the mountains. Will definitely stay here on future trips.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The cabin was beautiful, with easy access to all things Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge, while still giving the mountains feel. The owners were so kind and welcoming. I highly recommend giving Ruby Ridge a try for your next cabin stay in the mountains!

Perfect Christmas Cabin

This is the cutest cabin and was perfect for our families Christmas stay. So much room for everyone. There were 8 adults staying in the cabin for over a week. No one felt like they were on top of each other. There was plenty to do and only 15-30 mins away from everything to do. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The WiFi had a minor issue but the Host was so fast and responsive it was fixed in no time at all. Would stay again for sure.

Christmas Vacation 2024

Juliā€™s place was wonderful. She was very good at the communication & she even communicated well with me about everything! For our crew of 14, it was a wonderful Christmas break we enjoyed! The table was our fav for sure! All 14 of us were able to eat, play some games, do a couple very large puzzles. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of extra blankets. Kitchen was well equipped for our cooking needs. If there were a couple of things we would fix it would have been the master sweet has no closest & maybe more storage in the kitchen. Not really a place to put food if you are eating in most of the time during your stay. Also, we did find some mold in the restroom downstairs.I am sure that will be addressed. Thanks again Juli for being a great host! We would recommend this place to anyone!

The most outstanding thing about the experience of this home and host is their communication. Traveling has many challenges but the direct communication with the host of this property was not one of them. There was a concern about the stair activity and existing mobility issues but I was able to communicate with the host and they answered promptly which helped me in my decision process. Property: The property was clean, matched the description thoughtfully, and has a warm touch to it. It is fit for larger families and is spacious while also providing privacy among people. The living room sofa was slightly worn but the beds were comfortable and the furniture pieces were beautiful. This cabin provided the Tennessee experience we were seeking. The drive was not challenging and as the description provides, it is fair to navigate. We like to experience different cabins and this one is a recommendable one based on the experience and care provided by the host.

Perfect Family Vacation

Our family of 7 was there for 6 nights. The home worked perfect for us! It was exactly as pictured and everyone had a great time. The home is well equipped with everything you could need. Birthday Celebration Vacation

Ruby Ridge was the perfect size and location for our 4 couples to gather (and room for more!). Though close enough of a drive to everything, the back view was an expansive vista of the mountains. Plenty of room to gather, a well-stocked kitchen and amenities made everything easy. Juli was wonderful to with and very responsive. Top-notch and 5 stars!

Easter in pigeon forge

We had a great three days in Pigeon Forge. The cabin was in a great location for easy access to everything we wanted to do. Loved mornings on the deck. Juli was helpful with questions about the area and helping me plan our weekend. We had 13 people and had plenty of room. Our age range was 2-61.

Great family Christmas trip

The cabin was perfect for 6 adults and 6 children! It was decorated nicely for Christmas! The tree and garland were lovely! The hot tub was great after a trip to Dollywood! The kitchen was spacious and was stocked better than other cabins or homes we have rented in the past. We highly recommend the cabin for family vacation. Thanks Juli for being our fabulous host!!
