LU KKL I - Allmend HITrental Apartment

This exclusive and modern furnished studio leaves nothing to be desired.



The studio apartment called "KKL I" has a double bed and a sofa bed and can accommodate a maximum of three people. The small kitchenette offers all possibilities for self-catering. It is equipped with two glass ceramic hotplates, a microwave with baking and grilling function, a coffee machine and all necessary kitchen utensils. The studio also has its own bathroom with shower, hair dryer, towels and hygiene articles.



Included in our service are TV, Wi-Fi Internet, bed linen and towels. On the ground floor there are also washing machines and dryers, which can be used freely. Additional cleaning and laundry services are available at an extra charge.



You live centrally on the Lucerne Allmend, yet many leisure and recreation facilities are available in the immediate vicinity. Lucerne railway station and the Old Town are two kilometres away and can be reached by train, bus, on foot or by car in the shortest possible time.



Note: For bookings of 30 nights or more, the following additional payments apply:



- A security/damage deposit of CHF 2,000.00, which will be refunded after check-out, provided the apartment is returned in proper condition.



- A final cleaning fee of CHF 200.00.



These two payments must be made directly to HITrental after the booking has been completed, either by credit card or bank transfer. We will contact you regarding this.
