NEW Flagstaff single-story home with a beautiful backyard and Hot Tub!

Beautifully built single-story home right off Route 66 in Flagstaff (built in 2022). Amazing indoor/outdoor space with hot tub, shuffleboard table, putting green, seating area, and fire pit. Great for a family getaway! This is the ideal location for exploring the many sites of Northern Arizona - minutes to Downtown Flagstaff, Snowbowl Ski Resort, Sedona, and the Grand Canyon. The house is loaded with amenities and fun for the whole family!

Please note that parties are not allowed.
Hot tub was recently installed and guests must agree to waiver for use of hot tub or reservation can be canceled by host.

There is room for one car in the garage and 2 in the driveway. Overnight street parking is NOT allowed in the community.

Note: Property contains external security cameras in the front of the house, and one in the backyard. The camera in the backyard is pointed AWAY from the hot tub to give guests privacy.

What a gem of a house to stay in while we were attending a music festival in Flagstaff! The house had plenty of space for four of us to be comfortable and the property was immaculate. There is everything you would need for a VERY nice stay in Flagstaff.

Awesome Rental!

Stayed for 3 nights with my boyfriend while checking out all of the scenic sites in Northern AZ. The only complaint we had was that we wished we had more time to enjoy this beautiful property! Very clean, spacious, modern and comfortable!

This house is better than advertised. Hosts are helpful without being intrusive. Beds are comfortable. House is clean. Possibly the best VRBO we’ve ever stayed at.

Great location in Flagstaff

First off the house is in a great neighborhood with easy access to both the main highway and Flagstaff. An easy drive from Phoenix which is where we flew into. The house was clean and had amazing amenities for the whole family including games for the kids. The Hot Tub was well maintained along with the overall property. Would definitely book again when we are back out that way!

Best Experience

One of the best houses on VRBO. Has everything you need and more. We won’t stay anywhere else when we come to Flagstaff! The host is also so communicative and responds within the hour to all requests. Thanks for another great family vacation!

Quite comfortable and great stay

We really enjoyed our time at the home. It was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a nice weekend with family skiing at Snowbowl. We'll come back in the future if the place is available.

Weekend get away

The home is very well equipped for family cooking and there was plenty of space for everyone. Lots of activities for the kids. Everyone enjoyed themselves.

Wonderfully Spacious House

House was larger than we were expecting. We especially enjoyed the high ceilings, large kitchen space, and the open floor plan leading into the entertainment area. While we did not need to communicate much, the host was excellent about responding if we had any questions.

The home is exactly as described. We had a great time. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. The beds are comfy. The home is well kept. The outside amenities are nice. We would definitely stay here again and plan to in the near future.

Best Place in Flagstaff

This was a family trip with four adults, a 13 year old and a 2 year old. The home is amazing. Clean, well stocked, and the putting green, hot tub, shuffleboard table and grill kept us all busy. The neighborhood is friendly and quiet. Not hard to find off the freeway and close to restaurants, shopping, and attractions. We travel a lot and this is one of the nicest homes we’ve stayed in. The entire home is well stocked and self check in was a breeze. I had one question upon arrival and the owners responded very quickly. This is a must stay for Flagstaff.

Great experience!

New and very clean. In a great neighborhood that is close to town. Very well equipped kitchen, well stocked with all the things you need to make meals. We will be back again!

Lovely

We came to Arizona on a family vacation. We chose this VRBO because it offered so many wonderful amenities. Travelling with teenagers is radically different from traveling with little ones - so we had specific things we wanted from a VRBO. Teenagers need space to lounge, and as parents we needed a "hook" to get them to hang out with us! #IYKYK The three hole putting green, hot tub, and shuffle board provided the perfect backdrop for moments of connectivity as a family. As a couple, we loved walking the neighborhood every morning and night. There was a lovely trail that connected to the neighborhoods which was perfect for watching the sunset. Flagstaff was an easy drive to so many places/attractions - Sedona, Rock Slide State Park, Grand Canyon, Snowbowl Ski Resort, and Jerome. We could lounge in the morning (teenager timelines), and then venture for the day to each of these sites. At night, we could sit under the stars and watch the full moon from the hot tub. Simple moments, but they were much appreciated. The hosts for this VRBO were quick with their communication, and the house was well-laid out, clean, and beautiful. The pictures don't give a sense of how spacious the kitchen and living room are. We would recommend this VRBO, its hosts, and the neighborhood it was in. We felt safe here, comfortable, and were able to enjoy many laughs and moments as a family.

Best VRBO Out There

Could not have been happier with our stay. The only thing that was unexpected was that the house was even NICER than it looked in the pictures. It was perfect for our kids (4 & 1) because everything like the dining room table and coffee table had rounded edges so there were no sharp edges for them to get hurt on. This house was a family dream. Neighborhood was unbelievable and the neighbors were very nice and welcoming when we saw them out front. This was a steal for the price we paid and we will definitely be back.

The house is close to all the great shops, restaurants, and entertainment of downtown Flagstaff, yet located just a few miles outside of town. The neighborhood is nestled amongst the pine trees where hiking, biking, and cross country ski trails are easily accessed. The house is in a Dark Sky neighborhood, which means light pollution is greatly minimized allowing for amazing night sky viewing. The house is elegantly decorated with comfort, fun, and enjoyment in mind. Your family and friends will love all this house has to offer.
