Welcome to the SunLit SeaWay House, your immaculate, luxurious South Florida escape in beautiful Cape Coral, Florida. This professionally decorated 3-bedroom, 2-bath waterfront house offers everything for an unforgettable vacation with family and friends. Enjoy instant relaxation with our private heated saltwater pool and hot tub, generous dock, and direct, fast Gulf access for boating and fishing right from the backyard.

The home has been meticulously updated with fresh paint, new quartz countertops, new vanities, and elegant coastal decor throughout. We pride ourselves on quick communication and invite you to experience the ultimate Florida outdoor lifestyle on our expansive, covered lanai, complete with stunning sunset views.

The Space
Step inside this professionally landscaped home with vaulted ceilings and an open-concept design that floods the space with sunshine. The grand great room features comfy leather sofas, and seamless access to the pool deck via a three-panel sliding door.

Our all-white kitchen, with new quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, is fully furnished and ready for you to prepare a feast. Enjoy your morning coffee in the restful breakfast nook or outside on the lanai. We provide high-speed internet/Wi-Fi throughout the house, ensuring you stay connected.

The house comfortably sleeps large groups with a variety of bed options:
+Bedroom 1 (Primary): King bed, en-suite bathroom access, direct access to the hot tub
+Bedroom 2: Queen/queen bunk beds
+Bedroom 3: Full bunk bed with a twin trundle
+Additional options: Twin roll-away & Sleeper sofa
We ensure all mattresses are comfortable for a restful night’s sleep.

Great Spot in Cape Coral

Great location thats a close ride to Ft Myers, Sanibel, and Pine Island. Lots of conveniently close food places and things to do. The house also has lots of thoughtful items for all ages and fun - kayaks, life jackets, inflatables, small cups/utensils, lots of towels!

Amazing place

Fabulous home

Jeremy was super responsive and the home was very clean. Great layout, pool and hot tub was awesome. We rented a boat and it was 10 min drive to River. Would definitely book this house again.

Family stay in Cape

Great stay in Cape! House was wonderful, with so many amenities- beach towels/beach chairs/bikes/kiddo amenities/etc. Great location! Adults ride a bike to Point57 and get the 57filet and then to Fins for some live music. Thanks so much for hosting us Jeremy!

Beautiful Home in a Great Location!

This is a lovely home in a fantastic area of Cape Coral! The house was clean, bright and spacious. It was the perfect size for our family. We loved the pool, hot tub, kayaks, pool table & dart board. Our host was very responsive and made sure our stay was great. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Nice neighborhood and good location

Jeremy was super helpful. The house was as described. The kids had lots to do. We did see manatees off the dock which was an amazing experience! Lots of close options for food and restaurants. Would totally stay here again!

Wonderful Get-a-way!

Sunlit SeaWay was a wonderful escape. The home offered ample space and was very clean. The pool was refreshing and the hot tub enjoyable. Beautiful sunsets from the backyard and we saw a manatee in the canal one evening! Close to shopping, restaurants and parks for walking/hiking. Awesome Get-a-way - thank you!

Perfect Easter Get-Away

We stayed here over Easter break, and it was perfect! Not only could we host an Easter dinner and a lanai egg hunt here, but we could also work remotely, relax, and have fun. The game room was perfect when the kids wanted some inside time and the pool, hot tube, and canal was great for outside time as well. Jeremy was a great communicator and very helpful with suggestions. We loved that he literally gave you everything you could think of when it came to going to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

First stay in Cape Coral

This was an amazing stay! From the comfort of the beds to the proximity to restaurants and shopping to beaches, this was the perfect stay! We swam in the pool, went kayaking, visited multiple beaches (Sanibel Island was our favorite), and had the best vacation of our lives. We especially loved the dolphin boat we chartered. We saw manatees, dolphins, a shark, and caught red snapper and catfish right off the dock. Neighbors were extremely nice and I would recommend staying here to anyone in need of a true escape.

Family Trip

We had a wonderful stay. Jeremy was an incredibly responsive host before and during our trip. The house was really clean, and the amenities were amazing. We loved the hot tub and pool. They were thoroughly enjoyed. We had a great time kayaking and even got to see a manatee swim by. The house is located to several really good restaurants and Jeremy has a great portfolio of the area with ideas. Highly recommend this house and host.

Quiet winter break to south Florida

The property is spacious, clean, and well maintained, much like the neighborhood, which is quiet and safe. The owner Jeremy is attentive and helpful. We enjoyed our week of lounging and reading, and we found this property to be a great location, in proximity to plenty of store and restaurants, plus ideal for the few outings we had planned. The kitchen was well equipped for the simplicity of vacation use, there was a television in every room, the pool area and game room were enjoyable. A great stay and a great host.

Incredible

My husband and my two children ages 10 and 13 stayed for spring break week. It was an incredible time the house, the pool. The Lenay and the Canale deck were truly amazing. We loved every minute we spent in the area and we loved our time swimming in the pool and enjoying the hot tub and relaxing as a family. The house has everything you need. The owner was very responsive and friendly and extremely helpful. We would come back again.

Perfect House for a "Stay Cation"

Our family of 4 had a fabulous trip at SunLit SeaWay! The house is lovely with lots of updates and everything we needed to get away and enjoy the FL sunshine. Our kids hardly left the pool and hot tub and when they did, it was to kayak along the canals. The game room was a big hit and we loved enjoying the lanai in the mornings. Jeremy our host was top notch checking in before and after our arrival. We would absolutely recommend this home to any family and will hopefully get to enjoy ourselves again someday. BONUS was we had 4 manatee sightings on the dock but we got lucky, as it was mid April when we visited. GREAT HOUSE!!!

The salt water pool is swimming at its best, and when you bathe in the soft glow of the pool LED lighting system at night, you'll feel like you're in a dream. Huge waterfront and dock (with direct Gulf of America water access) makes our house ideal for fishing (and we have a recommended boat rental company if you don't have your own).
