House had perfect lay out where we could be in different rooms but still see and talk with each other. Kitchen well stocked with utensils cooking ware. Comfortable rooms. Lovely pool. Great communication. Highly recommended. It's not brand new but clean and comfortable.

Yes the host was very pleasant and welcomingThe house could use some slight updates, but was generally very clean and well organized We had everything we needed in the kitchenAlthough we didnt have any babys or toddlers it was cool to see they were set up with a crib and a high chairWe would most definitely stay at this location againOur group consisted of 3 dads W/ 3 same aged daughters and it worked out extremely well for us!There were lots of shopping and restaurants near byWe did grill burgers and hotdogs by the pool one day and that was also nice!Great hosts, great stay!

The place is Gorgeous, very spacious, the pool was perfect for the hot August heat. The neighborhood was quiet and warming, the neighbors were super friendly, the pool table was nice and a fun way to relieve stress!

Group trip

This stay was great. From letting us check in early because of when our flight got in. Very easy to get in touch with for anything. Would definitely stay again. Worked great for groups. Would also work great for groups with children.

Great spot

This place was absolutely perfect for what we needed. We wanted to be close to family that love down and we were a mile and a half away. The pool was great, a little cold but great. . The hosts were very reasonable and answered quickly if I had any questions. The availability of the garage was wonderful, the neighborhood was quiet and cute. Ubers were very easy to get, topgolf was around the corner and it was so much fun. I would stay here again!

For the price of 4 nice sized rooms and a pool in the back, it a was on point. Easy check in/out. Great communication from owners.

This house was clean and comfortable and was spread out enough to comfortably fit 2 families. The owner was quick to respond and check-in was very easy. Located in a nice neighborhood and only 5-10 minutes from anything you may need (stores).

Amazing property for family

Home of the sun was the perfect location and home for our family annual pre-Christmas vacation. Amazing shopping nearby fun things to do in the area and only an 30-60 minutes away from outlet malls and a half away from Orlando. The Brandon mall that has everything you need is also only a 5 minute drive along with stores and restaurants like IHOP, Panera bread, and chick -fil-A and Super target, and Super wall*mart, TJ Max,, Old Navy and Best Buy. We’re from the Caribbean so these are a very important necessity when visiting the USA. WE WILL DEFINITELY STAY TGERE AGAIN!!!

Pool Home and Creature Feature

Rented this home on short notice. Primarily for the pool and general location. House was generally clean, but we had significant issues with sugar ants and roaches. I'd describe the home as rough, but its price was in the lower quartile of offering available at the timeUnfortunately, the insects really ruined any opportunity for a good stay.Pool screen had gaps, but the water quantity in the pool was okay. We had an electronic door lock failure on returning late on our last night, but the host came over within 15 minutes if our after midnight call. That was kind of the cherry on top for the visut.

After reading this unfair review, I do not recommend this client. From the beginning I wanted to cancel the reservation, which we had no problem processing the cancellation without any discount. In the end, it was decided on our house and we received it without problems. The deterioration of the house is a big lie, as are the holes in the pool mesh. Insects appear occasionally, especially when it rains in Florida, this usually happens, but this is under control on our property. Regarding the door lock, the guest himself manipulated it incorrectly and deprogrammed it, but even so, after midnight we assisted him and resolved the problem. Worst of all, leaving only one star was cruel and unfair, so I do not recommend it at all. Our work team does it with excellence for our guests.

We were super excited about the house. There were 4 adults. Things were weird right away, the door handle didn’t work. (The latch wouldn’t keep the door shut) We had to use the dead-bolt as a latch just to shut our door. I told Felix right away about the door knob (because it’s quite a safety concern not having a latching door) and pool light that wasn’t working. After telling me he would let me know what time he showed up the next day, he did not. He came into the house with out a warning. Felix took not even 5 minutes and said “that was from a different customer” then walked out. Instead of fixing the door knob he just left it. Lots of things were off about the house. Lots of different kinds of light bulbs. We were 4 adults staying for a week and we got no dish or laundry detergent. No dish soap, 3 rolls of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels. One of the patio chairs outside was covered in mold. The new flooring was not put in correctly so there is big gaps in the flooring that pinch you every-time you walk on them. There was lots of little stuff about the house that with a little bit of money you could charge a lot more and have a lot happier customers. I would not recommend renting this house if you want to get what you paid for. Felix should have got a new door handle right away and put it on. He did not. Very sad that he doesn’t care that much. I WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN.
