Dear Jean, I’m very sorry you had to go through all those issues during your recent stay. As your host I wish you had contacted me because it is my responsibility to take care of any issues which may arise. About no property manager, Manuel is the HOA administrator, the issues inside the condo are not his responsibility. He’s in charge of resort’s common areas, the guards assist welcoming the guests, because the resort doesn’t have a reception. Any incident or need, the proper channel of communications is directly through the host. When you contacted the staff regarding the water leak & the broken kitchen faucet, they alerted Manuel who immediately called the owner, and the valves and the faucet were replaced immediately. As a former owner at Tessoro, you know the resort is 12 years old and some of the parts start to fail, it was for that reason the valves under the sink we’re replaced. During the check in, the guard explains that if you would run out of amenities or toiletries, there are extra supplies available locked, all guests need to do is request them & they will be delivered. There was no need to purchase any of these toiletries, if you had reached out to me, you would have had them immediately. Regarding the water heater, as soon as it was reported the heater was turned on immediately. The shower drain has been unclogged and is draining properly. About the bathroom toilet, it is & was working properly, it just has a water saving devise, the user has to push and keep pushed the button in order to flush completely. About the laundry room, no where on our listing does it say the laundry is available. Access to the laundry can be granted upon request, that was why it was opened for you immediately. About the TV’s, they are all smart TV’s and anyone with a Netflix or Amazon Prime account can connect to those TV’s throughout our Roku device. About the closet, I will suggest the owner to add a chest with drawers. The trash bin was left locked in the laundry, it should have been placed in the room, my apologies for that. I can not avoid noticing you closed your review putting an emphasis on the lack of presence of the property manager, that looks a little bit personal to me, but I have to respect your opinion. You had other avenues to address these issues as they happened but you chose not to use them. You will always be welcome to return and see for your self the improvements. Regards, Valery
