Lovely and Relaxing Stay

We went with a group of friends and really loved the location. It was wonderful being able to choose between the pool and the ocean. The hot tub was a plus. The place does seem very family friendly and was a nice low key stay. The unit was well equipped in the kitchen. Would definitely go back.

Fantastic condo in Las Conchas! The Tessoro condo was fantastic for my family. The sunsets from the private balcony were heavenly. The infinity pool was very relaxing and we were only steps away from a peaceful stretch of beach. Sarah made the check-in and check-out process very easy and communications for the stay were very prompt. The reservation came with a covered parking spot and a semi-private elevator which were extremely convenient. Our family enjoyed the hot tub on the balcony and the modest workout room in the main pavilion area. We will definitely be back!
Another beautiful sunset from Tessoro!

Beautiful Unit with Gorgeous View

We enjoyed our stay in this unit. It is well stocked and VERY clean. The beds are comfortable and the view is amazing. The beach is pristine and the grounds are pretty. When we did have an issue, Sarah in management handled it immediately and it was quickly resolved. Thank you to Scott and Sarah for your excellent customer service.

Beautiful Condo

We absolutely loved the condo. It was immaculate and well stocked. We didn’t cook at home so we drove into town only to eat, which was a quick 15 minutes. We loved being away from the hustle and bustle of Rocky Point and so close to the estuary where we kayaked everyday. Our only complaint was the resort grounds were not maintained. The pools were dirty, the pool chairs were worn and the beautiful tiki hut sat empty. I would love to open a bar and restaurant in it. We will definitely book again as I slept so soundly and returned to Phoenix very relaxed.

lovely, relaxing, excellent host

Nice, easy condo with a gorgeous view from the deck. Super easy beach and pool/hot tub access, with a large and uncrowded beach. At low tide rocky areas and little tide pools are exposed - we saw crabs, rays, pretty fish and lots of other small creatures. Condo staff was very friendly and helpful and we appreciated and enjoyed our interactions. The host Sarah was great! We had some minor issues with the shower and a power outage and she was proactive and responsive, and gave us a bit of a refund which I would not have asked for/expected given how minor the issues were. Certainly appreciated it though! Very simple reasonable checkout too.

The unit itself was impeccable, communications easy. Wished it had cotton bedding instead of microfiber, but otherwise happy with the linens. Beds were too firm for me but likely perfect for others. Hot tub on the deck is great and great bathtub in the master with a nice large separate shower. Toaster oven, no toaster, blender, no gridle. Towels for beach and separate ones for bathing. Amazing view from the balcony. The resort is very quiet, end of the road literally. The pool is missing tiles and a lot of the property needs fresh coat of paint and some upkeep. Very few employees but those there are pleasant. Quiet part of community. You pass by the beautiful new Walmart to get to the resort. Parking underground. The Resort is beside a large sand dune. Lots of jeeps, and sand rails rolling up and down the beach. Didn't have any people selling things along the beach like some of the resorts I have stayed at.
Floor to ceiling windows in Master Bedroom with amazing view. Everyone of the rooms had an ocean view

Thank you so much for your thoughtful and detailed review Christina. We’re really glad to hear you found the unit impeccable, enjoyed the hot tub, spacious master bath, and those beautiful balcony views—those are some of our favorite features as well! We also appreciate your helpful feedback regarding the bedding and mattress firmness. Comfort preferences can definitely vary from guest to guest, and your input is valuable as we continue to look for ways to improve the experience. We’ll also take note of your comments on kitchen items for future consideration. Regarding the resort itself, we understand your observations about areas that could use some upkeep, and we’ll be sure to share that feedback with the HOA so they’re aware. We’re happy to hear, though, that you enjoyed the quieter location, friendly staff, and more relaxed beach atmosphere—it’s something many guests come specifically to enjoy. We truly appreciate you staying with us and hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future!

Endless ocean views in absolute comfort.

Tessoro #1003 was amazing, from the time you park in the underground garage you can just let go of your stresses, the welcoming staff helped unload our truck and took us to the condo and helped unload. As soon as you get off the elevator at your front door, you are blown away with the endless ocean views. The condo is huge with 3 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, the kitchen is amazing with granite and stainless steel. Everything was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and everything was nice and clean up on arrival. The pool and ocean are enough to not want to leave the resort, but if you do decide to, town is a short 10 minute drive away, it was a little cold to hit the pool this trip but I sure look forward to going back when it's warmer to enjoy that. What I loved most was the quiet and privacy, I think we only saw one other family there this weekend, we basically had the whole resort to ourselves! The owner was awesome, easy to get a hold of and was in communication with me anytime I had questions, I will definitely be using this one again!
