You access it through a small garden with its terrace, where you can enjoy your meals outdoors and make the most of the barbecue for your summer grilling.

Upon entering, you will be welcomed into a large living space with a cathedral ceiling.

This room includes a large welcoming dining area, a cosy small lounge, and at the back, the kitchen equipped with a hob, an oven, a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher, a washing machine and a filter coffee maker.

On the sleeping side, 3 comfortable bedrooms await you, all located on the ground floor. Two of them are equipped with a Queen Size bed (160x200), a shower and a sink. The third bedroom has two single beds. A bathroom with shower and WC, as well as another separate WC, complete this level.

The visit ends with a cosy mezzanine, fitted out as a TV lounge and reading space. Located under the sloped roof, the maximum height is approximately 1.75m/1.80m.

For added comfort, you can park a vehicle on the plot.
