The Villa comes with a 2-seater golf car and access to all Village Amenities. Those amenities include access to 42 golf courses, more than 60 swimming pools and in excess of 3,000 activities and clubs. Also included with the villa is a 65" Samsung Smart TV , cable and high speed internet. Beside being stocked with kitchen equipment it is also fully equipped with hair dryer, curling iron, washer and dryer, beach towels and most household consumables to start your vacation just to name a few.

OPTIONAL WEEKLY RENTAL: current month (or close to) discounted when not yet rented....ask about other options (EXCLUDING JANUARY, FEBRUARY AND MARCH).

Rent is based on a one or two person occupancy. Additional $125-$200/person per rental period.
Reservation deposits: 25% of total rental amount due within 7 days of rental agreement; 50% due 60 days prior to first day of booking with remaining due 14 days before move-in.

Cancellation Policy: VRBO cancellation policy...no additional cancellation fee applies. Travelers' insurance is encouraged. Last minute openings are always negotiable.
