With 4,300 sq ft of thoughtfully appointed indoor living space, wraparound porches, pool and sits on three acres - there's room to gather — and room to breathe. ONLY a 10 minute drive to Spanish Springs dining and dancing – The Villages. Nestled on three private acres with ample parking for boats, horse boxes and motorcycle trailers. Base rate:Up to 14 guests (children under 2 stay free) FEE FOR ADDITIONAL GUESTS (15–20) $13 per person, per night.

Six private en-suite bedrooms fill the main house, each with its own bath, shower, DirecTV, Wi-Fi, and sitting area. Select suites are elevated with whirlpool tubs, marble showers, and remote-controlled fireplaces — little luxuries that make a big impression.

a retreat within a retreat — featuring a king bed, jetted hot tub, fireplace, surround sound, and private porches front and back. Total seclusion, total comfort.

Pool toys, family games, puzzles, and a bean-bag toss set are all on hand. Responsive local owners are available throughout your stay and live within 15 minutes (We are required to take a pool and spa chemical check for guest health and safety - without intrusion)

Plenty of space, privacy, and comfort! The large kitchen was perfect for late-night conversations and relaxed morning breakfasts. While we didn’t use the pool, we loved the spacious deck, grill, and hot tub. With parents and adult children in our group, having private suites and personal bathrooms, made all the difference
