This stunning, completely renovated farmhouse, originally built in 1878, features four beautifully-furnished bedrooms and three full bathrooms, each with a custom tile shower. While the house is on a main road, it is set back from it, meaning it gets very little noise. Behind the house, 10 acres of rolling hills and wildflowers provide a gorgeous backdrop and peace and quiet. Share dinner out on our deck or a dip in our hot tub! Sip coffee and morning treats in our enclosed back sitting area overlooking the deck and back yard, and then an evening glass of wine outside on our deck. Cook for the whole family in our gorgeous entertaining living room + kitchen area. A 15-20 min drive to Ann Arbor, Brighton, Novi, Northville, Plymouth, and Canton, this is the perfect spot for any gathering or getaway!
Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, Amazon Fire smart TVs, French Roast coffee pods + Keurig, a Nespresso machine and Nespresso pods, Memory Foam beds, fresh linens, in-home high-tech washer/dryer, Solimo bath products, and a fully-equipped kitchen. Message us if there’s anything we can help with!

Our 2 story home has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the main floor along with a kitchen and living room. The second floor has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom located on the second floor has its own private en suite bathroom. Located off the back of the house is a private deck with a hot tub and 2 different sitting areas.

99% of guests are visiting family, friends, on a work trip, or just exploring town. For anyone who intends to have a party, disturb the neighborhood, or in any other way violate our house rules, we want to make clear that:
We have a zero-tolerance policy for this. We have noise sensors that alert us if decibel levels pass a certain threshold, and we have unfortunately had to ask guests to leave for violating this rule. Being a good neighbor of the city and the block we are on is very important to us.
We have sensors to detect indoor smoking (nicotine and marijuana) and have an automatic $750 fine for violations, and have also had to ask guests to leave early for violating this rule.

We have a driveway that fits 6-8 cars, with room for 2 - 4 additional cars in our garage.
Please note that if you using a navigation app to get directions to the house, do not use Waze. It will take you to the wrong address. Google Maps and Apple Maps both take you to the correct address.

The house is fully accessible via a YALE smart lock at the front door and on the back door. To access the house, enter the code we provide in your reservation check-in instructions, and press the CHECK to unlock.
When leaving, enter that same code followed by the CHECK mark and the deadbolt will close. The locks will also auto-lock after one minute if you forget to lock.
Extra Sleeping Arrangements

Air Mattress: Designed for camping, our air mattress is extra-sturdy and provides a wonderful sleeping space for two. To inflate, please plug in the pump and wait for it to charge. Once the light on it is solid (not blinking), unplug the pump, insert the end into the air mattress, and flip the switch to inflate.

We love hosting folks, so we want to be as respectful as possible to our wonderful neighbors. Since we’re in a quiet neighborhood, we do ask that you follow a few easy rules:
- No parties & no overnight guests without prior approval. If you’re looking to host a small gathering, that’s probably ok but please let us know.
- Respectful, quiet volume, particularly after 9 pm.
- Please leave your shoes at the door.
- No pets please, as many of the guests we host have allergies.
- No smoking - also, don't discard your cigarettes in house trash cans. They get stinky.
- If you break or damage something, please let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair.
- Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free and we intend to keep it that way with your help.
- When accessing or utilizing the hot tub (sometimes referred to as a "Jacuzzi"), all guests do so at their own risk

While access to public transportation is not easily available from our house, UBER and LYFT run consistently in the area and are quick, cheap, and accessible options to get anywhere in the Plymouth/Northville/Canton/Ann Arbor areas!
