You're absolutely right about the outdoor space. We’re in the middle of improving the backyard area and have plans in motion to power wash, replace cushions, and make it a space guests can truly enjoy again. The hot tub was removed, and the listing photos have been updated to avoid any confusion going forward. Feedback like yours is exactly what helps us get better. We strive to provide a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for every guest, and it's clear we fell short during your visit. We've already addressed the concerns you mentioned regarding the bedding, towels, and exterior upkeep, and we’re reviewing the A/C performance on the upper level to ensure it stays cool and consistent throughout the home. Guest safety and comfort are our top priorities, and we take any suggestion of guests feeling uncomfortable speaking up very seriously — that’s never the experience we want anyone to have. While I'm disappointed to hear you won't be returning, I appreciate your honesty. Your feedback helps us improve, and we’re committed to making sure the next guest has a much better experience.
