Welcome to The Havens at Barefoot Resort!

This fresh and new 3 bedroom/2 bathroom golf villa features 1,300 square feet of outstanding living space with fantastic views of the 9th hole on the Greg Norman course.

The huge main living area is filled with brand new, comfortable and relaxing furnishings. A large HDTV and DVD stereo system are housed in the armoire.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, six drawer dresser, Flat Screen TV, ceiling fan and walk-in closet. Off the sleeping area is the private master bath. We can easily convert the king bed into two comfortable twins to suit your needs.

On the opposite side of the villa you will find another full bath and a second bedroom with twin beds, chest, TV, DVD, ceiling fan and a full mirrored closet. Off the hall is a full laundry center for added convenience.

The third bedroom is fully furnished with a Queen bed, tall dresser, TV, and a ceiling fan. All bedding and towels are provided for your convenience.

Six or eight guests will be very comfortable here since the living room sofa easily converts to a queen sleeper for two.

Just off the living room is a covered balcony, which is perfect for an after dinner drink while enjoying the sunset view.

Only one flight up to the second story makes getting in and out a breeze, and being an end unit means you are the first unit at the top of the stairs.

The Havens has its own pool facility featuring a pool house with showers and bathrooms, lounge chairs, umbrella tables, outdoor grilling area and picnic tables. You are also welcome to use the 68,000 square foot North Tower Salt Water Pool ā€“ the largest pool of its kind in South Carolina.

Barefoot Resort is a 2,300 acre master planned resort, nestled just across the beautiful inter-coastal waterway. Barefoot hosts four championship golf courses, Davis Love III, Pete Dye, Tom Fazio and Greg Norman (ranked by Golf Digest as #1, 6, 10, and 28 in Myrtle Beach).

Barefoot Resort operates a complimentary seasonal shuttle service to the oceanfront, just a short distance across the waterway. There you have access to a bathroom and showers.

Three superb restaurants serve Barefoot Resort visitors. The Clubhouse Restaurant, Putter's Pub at the Driving Range, and The Barefoot Boathouse at the Marina.

Just across the waterway is the famous Barefoot Landing where you can enjoy 150 shops, restaurants, live entertainment at the House of Blues or the Alabama Theater.

We had a great time at this location. It was just a few minutes drive to everything. The communication with the property manager was superb. The house was immaculate. All the instructions and directions was laid out. Everything was in reach. Nothing to complain about. We had a wonderful time everything was great. My family had a wonderful time celebrating Thanksgiving.

Amazing getaway!

Stayed for three nights in April and had amazing weather and great accommodations. Four guys in their fourtiesā€™ there for relaxation and golf. Location was perfect. All four Barefoot golf courses within 2 miles of the condo. Tons of restaurants, bars, shopping just another mile or so over the r bridge. Mike was great with communication. Highly recommend.

The place was wonderful. We liked it because it was in close proximity to everything we had planned. The only complaint I have was that the mattress was a little hard other than that the place was wonderful and the neighborhood was very quiet

Barefoot Resort Vacation February 2024

We enjoyed our stay at Barefoot Resort Havens; Communications with Michael were always immediate and most appreciated. The property was as described in the listing and more. The unit is in a quiet, peaceful setting with lots of birds singing in the trees off the balcony. Relaxing vacation with great golf courses located within Barefoot Resort and others close by. Definitely on our rebook list for the future.

Very Nice 3B/2B large Condo

It is an end unit so a lot of beautiful light with back porch to set out on seeing the golf course. 3B/2B with a lot of space. It was great. Also right across the street to the pool, we did not even crank up my truck. Great location. Good condition and everything worked good including good AC. Thanks and we look forward to returning.

Beautiful Clean Condo

This Condo is in a lovely community. Very clean and safe. There were a few golf balls that flew over to our area and one hit a car. I guess that's the chance you take in a golf community. Pool was perfect, clean and restrooms available were very nice and clean. Ocean was "across the street" about a 10-minute drive. Mostly through the neighborhood we were in. Lots to do and great shopping and restaurants. Our only complaint was we did not check for TP, paper towels, salt/pepper, basic herbs/spices and laundry soap so we made several trips to Walmart. (there were 2 rolls of tp and half a roll of paper towels). Possibly my mistake since the vrbo's I have stayed in before were fully stocked. The other people in the neighborhood were very friendly and helpful. The bedrooms are spread out which is great with teenagers. Price was excellent! (we stayed in June).

Beautiful condo & stay

This was a beautifully decorated & cozy home away from home for us for nearly a week. We came for a dance competition & it was approximately 25 mins from the Mrytle Beach convention center. Several grocery stores relatively close as well . We cooked meals in the kitchen and enjoyed the pool close to us . The kitchen was pretty stocked & had a crockpot . I suggest bringing your own seasonings. They also had a keurig & 12 cup coffee pot for those who drink coffee/tea/whatever. There is a shuttle that also can take you to the Big pool . However, if you do this, I suggest using the shuttle that stoops at the mailboxes right next to your small pool. We couldnā€™t risk getting towed as there wasnā€™t a place we could take our own car (that we could see) as it looked like everywhere was either gated by a passcode or had to have a pass. Beds were ok. I ended up starting off in the king, but due to my back hurting, I ended up in my daughterā€™s double bed room for the rest of the nights. But I have back issues. Mostly everyone else slept pretty well. The host was very responsive to any and all questions & was so kind with a misunderstanding about my second payment . We wish we were able to stay longer. We had a great time! Close to all you would want to do!

Quiet and Calming

Great choice for MB!

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. Barefoot Resort is quiet, the Havens neighborhood is tucked well away from the hustle and bustle. The unit has easy parking, neighborhood pool is right across the parking area along with the beach shuttle. It's quiet, which was nice after long, hot days of activities. Plenty of room to spread out. We could have brought a few more family members and not been crowded. Kitchen was well equipped, and the condo had enough provisions (like TP) to last us until we could get to the store. There's a Super Walmart with a Dollar Tree not far down Route 17. Dollar Tree is great for savings some money on TP, paper towels, napkins, paper plates, snacks, etc. but Walmart has anything they don't offer. If I had to offer any suggestions it would be extra sheet sets and more towel sets as well as beach towels and chairs as it's not possible to pack those things easily when flying in. But otherwise it's a great unit and we'd be thrilled to stay there again. Excellent, quick communication with the owner, Mike, both before and during our stay. We had to cut our trip short due to an impending hurricane at home, and Mike was very gracious about it. We appreciate you Mike!
