We accommodated an early check-in for your stay, remained responsive and available, and were not made aware of any significant issues that prevented you from enjoying the property during your visit. One item discussed was the stackable washer/dryer, which has since been replaced. As with any property, occasional maintenance items can arise, and when something is brought to our attention, we make it a priority to address it promptly. We take guest feedback seriously, which is reflected in the many five-star reviews we have received from previous guests. We simply wish the three-star rating better reflected your own comments that the host was great to work with and flexible, as well as our efforts to accommodate your stay. First of all, check instructions come from VRBO. Check your email. Every other guests has received them. Never an issue. Second of all, the place was absolutely cleaned. We have time stamped pictures. It was immaculate. Thirdly, if the hair dryer was missing someone must have taken it. You never asked about it or said anything about anything until this review. Be considerate of others and messaged the host. If there were issues we could have had them resolved. Have a great day!
