The perfect spot to assist with meal preparations or read the morning paper with a cup of coffee. The kitchen opens onto the dining area. A large table with seating for 8 is roomy enough for the family meals, or game night. The dining room and living room are lined with floor to ceiling windows. The vaulted ceilings with fan create an open and spacious environment. A large TV anchors the living area for entertainment and the sectional sofa has ample room for viewing. The front deck has a table and four chairs for outdoor dining or evening cocktails.

The guest bedroom is on the first floor and has access to the front deck. Natural light floods into this bright and cheerful room with it's two full size beds. A guest room is complete when it has a large Smart TV and overhead ceiling fan. The hall guest bath is completely renovated with a new vanity, tiled tub/shower combo and updated fixtures. The first floor also has a laundry closet with stacked washer and dryer. Head upstairs to your stunning master en-suite. There is a private deck off the master, the perfect spot for viewing evening sunsets. The spacious master suite has it all: King bed, wood floors, ceiling fan, closets and a large master bath. IMPORTANT: Completion of the Coastal Getaways Rental Agreement is required for all reservations, including bookings made through online travel agencies (VRBO, AirBnB, etc). Reservation confirmation and property access are contingent upon receipt of the signed agreement.

Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 2
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass

LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires its own dedicated gate pass and counts toward your maximum limit of 2 vehicles. A gate pass is strictly required for all LSVs, even if the vehicle is driven exclusively inside the neighborhood gates and never leaves the community.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver's license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

No pets are allowed at this villa.

Amenity access, allowing you access to the Seabrook Island Club amenities, is INCLUDED at no additional cost in this rental
Seabrook Island is a cashless island. Once you arrange access through the Seabrook Island Club Amenity Office via the link we provide, your credit card will be linked to an in-app digital QR code for all purchases. Your QR code also acts as your "key" to enter all Club and Lake House facilities.
What's Free after SIC Amenity access is set up: Use of the Beach Club oceanfront pools and the Lake House outdoor pool.
What Costs Extra after Amenity access is set up : Golf, tennis, pickleball, equestrian activities, the Lake House fitness center/indoor pool, and all food or drinks at Seabrook Island Club bars & restaurants

The Lake House facility is Managed exclusively by the Seabrook Island Property Owners Association (SIPOA).
