Oceanfront views from 1st level corner villa will provide you with the perfect vacation. This villa is for those that like the beach. From the door to having your feet on the beach is less than 200 steps according to an iPhone. Every room has an unobstructed view of the ocean. The villa features two large bedrooms with separate full baths and separate vanity areas. The master bedroom contains a king bed and the second bedroom has two full size beds, both with plush mattresses. Each room has a comfortable sitting area with a flat screen TV. The kitchen features granite counter-tops and well-stocked cabinets. The living/dining room of this villa has a dining table which seats 5 and a comfortable seating area with a flat screen TV. The covered wrap-around porch provides fabulous views of the ocean and is accessible from each room through sliding glass doors. The corner location offers privacy from other villas and stairwells. Enjoy breakfast on the deck while you watch the pelicans and dolphins! Don't miss the sunset and moon over the ocean from the deck in the evenings. Other features include Wi-Fi internet, cable service, and covered parking.

Seabrook Island beaches are private, family friendly, and not crowded. Guests have access to the Property Owners Lake House, which features a workout facility, playground, basketball court, and indoor/outdoor pools. The Lake House is located near the entrance to Seabrook Island.

A range of dining options are available at Bohicket Marina and Freshfields Village.
The Oak Point golf course is located approximately 5 minutes from the entrance to Seabrook Island, and nearby Kiawah Island has an additional 3 courses available. To schedule golf or tennis through Kiawah Island, the phone number is 843-768-2121.

Bohicket Marina offers fishing charters for inshore and offshore, and motor boat rentals. Seabrook Island is a 30 minute drive from Charleston, which has been voted the Most Desirable Place to Visit in the USA by Travel & Leisure Magazine.

An amenity card for the Seabrook Island Club is not available; therefore, our guests do not have access to the Seabrook Island Club, nor can a card be purchased.

This unit does not allow pets nor smoking.

For rentals other than the months of June, July, and August, travelers who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. For cancellation between 7 and 14 days before check-in, the refund is 50%. There is not a refund for cancellation 6 days or less, before arrival. For rentals during June, July, and August, travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. Cancellation within 59 days will not be refunded.

Please note an amenity card for the Seabrook Island Club is not available; therefore, our guests do not have access to the Seabrook Island Club, nor can a card be purchased.

Return to Atrium Villas

This is our 4th trip to Seabrook Island and Atrium Villas and our 3rd stay in this unit. The view from the large coner porch is incredible with plenty of chairs to sit / visit / read / relax, Our daughter rented a bike (an easy online process with delivery) and enjoyed riding around Seabrook this year. We enjoy walking on the beach in both directions and in the neighborhood. Our host responds quickly to any questions.

Quick trip to Paradise

The island is beautiful and the views from the condo are top notch! Our family of 4 enjoyed the ease of access to the beach- literally steps away! The area has lots to offer. We wish we had more time to enjoy! Our trip was impromptu and the host was very responsive to our reservation request. We hope to be back in the future.

Atrium Villas at Seabrook Island

This is our 2nd visit to this villa and our 3rd visit to Atrium Villas on Seabrook Island. The ocean view makes this unit. The large L shaped porch is nicely furnished for relaxing and spending time with family. The host quickly responds to any questions. Check in procedures are easy and streamlined.

Still the best view!

This was our third time staying at this corner atrium villa and it is still the best view and a wonderful location just steps from the ocean. Always clean and Robert is easy to communicate with. Thanks again for a wonderful spring break.

Excellent as always. Great location and this year the weather cooperated. Very easy to deal with Vrbo. Property manager Bobby keeps us informed on the check-in-out process and is very helpful as usual. He also returns emails promptly. Of course weā€™re coming back next yearā€¦..

Girls Trip

The condo was very clean and super cute. Would have loved to have access to the pool thatā€™s right across the street. The pool that comes with this condo is driving distance away or you can pay additional fees for access to the one you see from the balcony. Also the porch was wonderful but bugs and the sun beat it so ceiling fans or any kind of fans would be nice out there. Everything we needed for cooking was provided and there was extra beach chairs and toys which was a nice touch.

Review of Atrium Villia 2921

The Villa was well furnished. However, the heat was locked at 80 degrees in the villa, 24/7 and could not be lowered even though the outside temperature was over 90 each day. Ceiling fans only circulated hot air and it was miserable sleeping at night. The place was NOT cool!! Towels in the master bedroom were stained and thin. Broken small beach chair, could not use it. No access to the Beach Club or its facilities just to enjoy a nice view of the beach and ocean and enjoy a good beverage. Lock box for key to villa was broken. Had to put masking tape around it when leaving so the key did not fall out. Arrived on August 14th. Received an email from an office at 7:00 PM on August 15th saying I needed to complete my info in order to receive access to the property. I was already at the Villa. Replied to them and I was told I should not be thereā€¦enough said!!!!! Would not recommend this villa or Seabrook Island to anyone, too many rules and problems.

Wonderful

We had a wonderful stay. The pool at the lake house was not as busy as the beach club and perfect for my 4 year old. Only thing we would have done differently is reserve a golf cart before arriving. They were sold out by the time we got there. Otherwise the view from the balcony was wonderful and the property so quiet and nice.

Fantastic

The unit was very clean and seemed well taken care of. The location and convenience to the beach access was unbeatable. We have stayed at several different places at Seabrook, and this was by far the best experience we have had. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with.

Awesome relaxing private place.

We enjoyed the porch and our view. Also wanted to mention the beds ( I have a back issue ). Mattress in all rooms were very comfortable and . Beach access directly across the street. Much relaxing was done and fun had by all !

Best View on Seabrook

Great visit with my Mom and sister. Awesome location and spectacular view of the ocean. We could see dolphins from the huge wraparound porch. Beautiful.

Atrium Villa with the beach front view

This was our 2nd stay at the Atrium Villas. Our 1st stay was 5 yrs. ago in the Atrium Villa next door to this villa. The view and the large corner porch make this an expectional property. The mattresses were better than any vacation property where we have stayed. Robert responded quickly to any concerns. We look foward to a return visit!

Loved this place! Huge porch overlooking water. Bedrooms were large with really comfortable beds. Could not be better location. Property manager answered questions quickly!

Pleasant getaway

We loved the 2 bedroom Atrium layout and location. My husband snores so having two Masters was perfect. The wrap around deck was fabulous. Being able to walk to the Club, the Pelican's Nest and a private party was great. Also, being so close to the beach motivated us to take daily walks. I actually "got my steps in". Communication with the owner prior to the visit was seamless. If our house which is also a rental is rented at a time when we want to visit, we will definitely go back to this corner Atrium Villa with a beautiful view!

What a View!

My husband, our 15 year old daughter and I stayed at this villa when we visited Seabrook Island for our niece's wedding--right after Hurricane Ian! The communication with the owner was seamless and the villa was perfect for our stay--absolutely as pictured and described on the website. This corner unit is quiet with a lovely view of the water from the spacious patio. While our visit was a short one, we made sure to enjoy a cup of coffee on the patio as we gazed at the ocean--just perfect!

Seabrook vacation cut short by Hurricane Ian

Great location with a million dollar view of the ocean and beach. We had to leave a day early because of the storm. Robert promptly issued a refund for the final night. I received the payment in 3 days. Very much appreciated. Needless to say weā€™re coming back next year. The condo was very clean and modern. Check in/out was very simple. We highly recommend this place.

I would not stay here again

I will never stay at this condo again. It was dirty, the sheets were unwashed, the towels ridden with sand, and it was equipped with 1/4 a roll of paper towel and half a roll of toilet paper, no clean sponge in sight when we arrived. The owner offered for the cleaning people to come out first full day at the beach, which we declined as I did not want to sit in the unit to babysit the cleaning people on our first day. The tv was insanely small with no movie channels or streaming options. The entire unit is completely out of date with a stove and microwave from the 70s. There were bugs flying around in the unit when we got there and hairballs in plain sight. Weā€™ve stayed on Seabrook in the Atrium villas complex for many years and this was the worst and most expensive rental weā€™ve ever stayed at, and the most out dated as well. We do appreciate that the owner returned my husbandā€™s Apple Watch.
