Ivy House is located along a bike path with easy access to the Clark Fork River and Downtown Missoula.

Located in the Riverfront neighborhood, this is a highly sought after location which offers plenty of character, charm and convenience. There is easy access to coffee shops, grocery stores, restaurants and bakeries. The bike path runs right by the house and the University of Montana and Downtown Missoula are both a 20 minute walk or 5 minute drive away. A 15 minute drive will get you to some of Missoula’s most popular trailheads and access to the natural beauty of Montana.
