The Missoula HomeBase is a newly built, energy-efficient, spacious house meant to spend time in. You enter the large, open concept living area, with a large FireTV and electric fireplace, perfect for hanging out in the evenings. The kitchen, with a gas stove and a massive kitchen island, is ideal for cooks. Right outside the kitchen is a premium gas grill for outdoor gourmets. The laundry room with full-size washer/dryer is right next to the kitchen.

The spacious primary bedroom has a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with two sinks and a rain shower head (suitable for tall people!), and opens out to the gorgeous back patio with mountain views. The perfect place for morning coffee! Upstairs are two light-filled bedrooms with queen beds and plenty of closet space. There is a bonus room upstairs with a sofa, recliner, and Roku TV for movies and games, and also a large desk, for a quiet office space. The sofa folds out into a queen-sized bed. Upstairs is a second full bath with dual sinks and rain shower.

The house is mostly powered by its own solar panels. In the past six months, we've saved over
30,700 pounds of CO2 emissions, equal to planting 232 trees! Only 3 miles from downtown, 5 miles from hiking trails, 3 miles from the airport, and 4 miles from the University, you'll be close to everything. Free parking on the driveway in the back brings you to the front door with remote check in.

1. We do not allow pets or smoking at all.
2. We require a security deposit to confirm your booking.
Guest access
Free parking is on the driveway and can fit 2 cars. While there is lots of great walking to be found around the neighborhood streets, getting around town is much easier with a car. The garage is not available to guests.
