This duplex enjoys a fun beachfront location with stunning views of the gulf right from the private deck! Spend your vacation soaking up the sun on the beach then head back inside to cook up a delightful meal in the full kitchen. When it comes to entertaining the kids, guests can definitely visit The Park at OWA, with its heart-racing amusement park rides and midway-style games. Spend the day at Waterville USA and zoom down giant waterslides, laze around the lazy river, and let the littles splash around in WAWA World. Enjoy a round of miniature golf, jump and play at a trampoline park, or visit one of several fun arcades in the area.

Right on the beach which was fantastic. There were a few repairs that could be made but overall a great property and we would definitely stay again!

The Amenities are the beach. You Know its Awesome, that's why you come. It's your backyard! Was there for work, but still had a great time. Would definitely stay again!

Another Great Beach Vacation

My family all agreed that this was our best vacation yet and The Breeze had a lot to do with that! Our 4 grandkids loved the close walk to the beach and the adults loved it too! It is our little slice of heaven every year and we are looking forward to going back again next year.

The view and beach access was amazing! The house needs some repairs. The manager was very responsive. But the repair done on slider to beach was just a quick not efficient fix. But with that being said you canā€™t beat the view and ease of accessing beach. Would definitely rent again.

Great house, great location!

The house had everything we needed for our family vacation. Spacious and well laid out. I had to contact someone about our door code and received a text back with help immediately. Will definitely book again in the future.

Great location, plenty of room. The house needs some maintenance. Soft floors by windows/patios, big nail heads sticking out of wood deck. Patio doors are very hard to open, Microwave plate is wrong size. Little annoying things for the price. BUT AMAZING views and beach time.

Right on the beach, far enough away from the public beach to enjoy some privacy. Wonderful little store across the street for ice and beer. Clean and comfortable with great communication with management team for any issues that arise.

A Breeze of a Stay

Good property. Great location and easy beach access. Clean and fully furnished as advertised. Dogs will have some trouble with sand spurs if not careful. Good contact from Host throughout our stay. ourstaystay.Pleased to recommend

We had easy access to the beach which was great. The not so great was one of the queen bed frame legs was broke. I notified the company and they said they would let their maintenance know to get it fixed. We didnt hear from them until the day before we left. The place needs some maintenance done on it. We had eleven people in our group and it did accommodate us, and we had easy access to the beach.

Another Wonderful Vacation!

This was our 4th year staying at The Breeze and it did not disappoint! They have made improvements to the property and it was much cleaner than when we went last year. My family loves the beautiful beachfront view, easy access to the beach, store across the street for ice and other last minute items, wonderful ice cream shop and other fun local shops that are within walking distance. See you next year!

Dilapidated Home with Unresponsive Hosts

We were sorely disappointed by the condition upon of the home upon our arrival. Even more so because the house had not been cleaned and there was trash and sand throughout the house. The beds were worse than any motel, and the King mattress had an intention that made it unusable. One of the bedroom doors was literally broken and hanging by one hinge with chunks of wood protruding from the frame. The outdoor shower was broken. The management company was unresponsive and it was difficult to get past AI to talk to a real person. Pass on this house. Pass on Vacasa.

absolutely amazing location. Great for families. We got there and the outside handle to the sliding door was gone and an older person or child could not open the door at all even from inside as it didn't slide well anymore due to salt water and house shifting I imagine. Would just have to go around down main steps underneath instead of out beach side. King bed is really only a twin because nobody can sleep on the right side because mattress is literally sunk in 4 inches easily. We called to have downstairs toilet fixed after we had to tie it up to keep it working - no biggie and they came quickly but afterward the handle was still broken after the guts were replaced - handle was issue along with chain - not the stopper. Fortunately we could figure out how to keep using it. Its just an unmaintained property in a great area. If you realize this and are ok with that it's 5 stars. We would go again knowing all this. I read the reviews that explained some of it and had hoped the mattress had been changed but no.
