Cozy Beach getaway on Private Property with Private Beach Access!

This beach home was featured on the A&E show VACATION RENTAL POTENTIAL!


This beautiful house has everything you need for a wonderful vacation! 3 bedroom/2 Bath with a large open kitchen and living area. A very private beach area with only one other house to share beach access. Immediate beach access on private property. Cable and wifi are available as well as a large open deck, picnic bench, and outside shower with privacy door. You will love this home for your getaway vacation! This house is great for those who love fishing! Excellent location that is close to the marina!
You will love this home and its professionally decorated interior, 2 relaxing TV rooms, fully equipped kitchen, and location to the beach, marina, and golf courses!

Should a hurricane or tropical storm threaten our area, we will follow the guidance of governing officials as pertaining to mandatory evacuations. Weather is beyond our control and does not constitute a refund. However, some weather-related issues may be covered by travel insurance, which must be purchased through vrbo - This is always a good idea during hurricane season.

Great place to relax

We had such a wonderful time here. The house was very comfortable for our group. The privacy and beach access right out the front door was the best! Very quiet, safe place for adults and children. Would recommend!

Had a great time. Plenty of room for all of my family and it was right on the beach. Felt very comfortable and safe. Lots to do outside of the beach, but the beach was the best part. Clear water, crab hunting, fishing just so much fun.

Beach trip

Beach house was a short walk to the beach which was great. Beds were comfortable, great water pressure, wonderful a/c, no bugs. We would stay again. There wasn’t an ice maker in the fridge or ice trays. Would recommend stopping at the dollar general and grabbing a few bags of ice on the way in.

Absolute Perfection

What an absolutely darling house in a quiet spot! We loved every minute of our stay. I don’t think I’ve ever checked in to a cleaner home, and it is so well equipped with all the necessities. Short walk to the perfect beach. I wish I could have stayed forever! Will definitely rebook! Don’t hesitate to book this adorable house!!

Perfect location for peace and quiet

I rented this property for a Thanksgiving get together. We wanted somewhere quiet and away from the hustle and bustle. This property was perfect for that. The owner was great. She communicated with me quickly and easy. We had a great time!

I really love places off the beaten path and this fit the bill, close but not that close to Gulf Shores. What others have said is true bring extra towels, toilet paper and if your cooking bring everything that you would use

Access to the beach was wonderful and having a concrete driveway that ran all the way to the boardwalk made reaching the beach so easy. House layout worked very well for our family. Son's family with 2-year-old stayed in one section and the rest of us in the remaining dubbed "the adult wing". Only complaint was that bed described as queen seemed like a double. Hot/cold outside shower got a lot of use. Overall, was extremely comfortable. I would rent it again.

Beach trip

The property was clean but sheets on the beds smelled musty like they had been on the beds a long time and not used. The pics show the house on the beach but there is a house in front of it. I traveled with my elderly mother and wanted something that was in a location she could sit on deck and see ocean. The instructions give to use the code to get in the house didn’t the lock button.

Amazing

This was the perfect stay. We had a group of 8 adults. We had plenty of space. The view is spectacular, as you are right there looking at the beach. The porch was where we stayed most of the time. The sitting area under the house was great for us to gather while we grilled. Holly was quick to respond when I had a question. I can’t wait t stay here again.

VERY RELAXING

It was very clean and most importantly...a VERY short walk to the beach. The beach and ocean was very clean. We saw dolphins everyday. There was a lot of oceanlife to enjoy. The air conditioner was top notch and the water heater could keep up with all seven of us. The Sassy Bass market will deliver groceries, which is great. We didn't find out until after we had gone shopping, but next time we will take advantage of it.

Property is not as advertised

Location of house and layout of house was wonderful for 2 families. But the house was not thoroughly cleaned when we arrived- which for a 300 cleaning fee was confusing. The sheets had stains everywhere. There were also nails sticking out of the deck and wooden chairs on the deck, the lights under the deck didn’t work, fridge & microwave need to be replaced. The house also didn’t look anything like the pictures on the interior. It was disappointing for what we paid to stay for the week. The owner was notified, and she just suggested she may need to “look into” those things.

The property was fantastic. We were worries about the privacy due to the surrounding houses, but quickly realized that it wasn't an issue. There was plenty of space for us 6 adults and 4 children. And the extra mattress included under the bed was a plus. The outside showers are good as well. The only drawback that we had was for a house that accommodates 10 people, enough towels should be provided for a least one shower per person. Good thing we packed extra and we knew to bring laundry detergent for washing. Overall, we would stay again and Holly was so accommodating. Thank you for a great weekend!

Great stay

We had a fantastic and relaxing trip and would love to stay here again sometime. The location is perfect. We stayed during the second week of August, and we almost had the beach to ourselves. The house was perfect for us. We only had 3 people, but even with more, we still would have plenty of room. We cooked several meals, and the utensils, plates, and pots and pans, met our needs. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of seating. There is a house between this one and the beach, but there are still views of the gulf. I spent every morning drinking coffee on the deck and listening to the waves. The walk to the beach is very short. Tip: We rented chairs and umbrellas from a local company that delivered and picked up from the house, so we got to spend the afternoons napping in the shade. We’ll definitely do that again. Host was very responsive and helpful and checking in and out was a breeze.

Loved it!

It was so quiet and tucked away from the tourist areas, yet not too far. It was a very relaxing stay. The pics don't really show that there is a row of two story houses between this one and the water and that you hear the pool pumps running all the time you're outside. But otherwise it was just what we were hoping for. I only gave 4 stars on cleanliness because the construction company working on the house directly in front of ours (we were informed about the construction) put their porta potty 5 feet from our house where the underneath sitting area was so we had to look at and smell it every time we were outside. By the time you read this review it probably has been removed though, they are very close to finishing that house.
