Sleep comfortably in high quality box spring beds - central & quiet.
The Charlottenburg Palace and the park are located about 5 minutes walk from the apartment.

The 60 m² apartment consists of 3 rooms with a ceiling height of 3.30 m.
The 2 bedrooms have a king size box spring bed (180 x 200) and two single beds.
For complete darkness outside blinds can be lowered.

In the apartment there is a workstation with monitor & multifunction printer (scanning, copying, printing).
Also available for you: electric Shirt and blouse iron, electric Shoe shine machine, sewing kit, iron, ironing board, as well as fans ...

The spacious kitchen and living area is fully equipped u.a. with washer & dryer, dishwasher, microwave, 2 coffee makers (Filter & Tassimo), smoothie maker, kettle, ceramic hob, extractor fan, oven, toaster, pots, pans, large fridge-freezer, plates, cups, glasses, cutlery and a variety on little things such as spices, coffee, tea, oil, ...

In the apartment Wi-Fi is available with 60 M / bits.
On the 47 "flat screen TV you receive many stations in HD quality - some international channels.

The apartment is located in a quiet side street (30s zone) not far from the river Spree and Charlottenburg Palace and castle park. The park is ideal for walks or jogging.

The parking of the car is u.a. on the doorstep and in the surrounding streets completely free of charge and safely possible (public parking).

The nearest supermarket (EDEKA) is only about 250 meters away.
Every Wednesday and Saturday there is a small weekly market 300 meters away.

Etwas einfach war die Ausstattung

Wegen der Ausstattung der Wohnung kann der relativ hohe Preis nicht kommen, eventuell spielt Berlin und die Nähe zum Schloss Charlottenburg eine GROSSE Rolle! Parkplätze am Abend, in der Nähe der Wohnung zu finden, ist fast ausgeschlossen, wenn es ein legaler Parkplatz sein soll! Das Sofa in der Wohnung war schon so runter und dreckig / keimmig das man nur mit einer Unterlage drauf sitzen wollte. Kleinigkeiten wie eine nicht funktionierende FB für das TV Gerät runden den schlechten Eindruck ab! Es ist eine alte Berliner Hinterhofwohnung mit wenig Charm oder Witz! Naja jeder ist seines Glückes Schmied, wir werden solch eine Buchung nicht mehr machen

leuk appartement

Mooi appartement. Alles is aanwezig,Gezellig interieur. Ligt mooi centraal. Goed en makkelijk contact via sms met beheerder. Helaas voor 3 dagen maar 1 badhanddoek pp is wel wat weinig. Het appartement is voor 4 tot 6 personen. Voor 6 personen is het te klein.

Super Lage und alles unkompliziert

Die Wohnung wie im Internet beschrieben. Die Bilder entsprechen zu 100 Prozent der Wahrheit. Die Wohnung und besonders die Schlafzimmer sehr gemütlich und warm. In der Küche alles vorhanden. Den Parkplatz haben wir immer vor der Tür gefunden. In der Nähe tolle Restaurants zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch Edeka ca. 250 m in der Nähe. Der Kontakt vor der Anreise mit Nina und Sören sehr nett und freundlich, Nina war per Mail oder WhatsApp erreichbar und hat uns alle Fragen beantwortet. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Wir haben geschlafen wie zu Hause. Vielen herzlichen Dank für alles. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Soren was a wonderful host. He explained particulars of apartment and was very helpful with local information such as finding restaurants, navigating train system, etc. Neighborhood is nice. Train and subway stations within walking distance. Apartment is clean and nicely decorated. Well appointed (kitchen supplies, ironing board/iron, clothes washer). Quiet apartment located at back of interior courtyard. Comfortable beds.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, zentral aber ruhig und fußläufig zum Schloß Charlottenburg gelegen. Sören war ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Sein Restaurant-Tipp (Italiener um die Ecke) hat uns einen kulinarischen Abschluss unseres Aufenthaltes beschert. Vielen Dank für 4 schöne Tage in Berlin.

Comfortable, Clean, Perfect for a Family

This apartment was perfect for a short stay in the city. Sören was welcoming and friendly and made the check-in and check-out process a breeze. The apartment is located on a nice street inside a courtyard and on the first floor. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans. The appliances are new. We had plenty of hot water. The Edeka grocery store is very close by. The U-Bahn was less than a 10 minute walk. The apartment is less than 10 minutes drive to Tegel airport, but is about 30-35 minutes to get to Brandenburg Gate and the Reichstag by U-Bahn. We would stay here again.

Home from home in Berlin

If you want a real home from home in Berlin stay at Sorens apartment at Kaminerstrasser. It had an old fashioned air in the garden of a Berlin villa, but with all mods cons, and a most friendly and obliging landlord. The large comfortable sitting -dining-kitchen and two bedrooms can comfortably accomodate for people.

Large, comfortable two bedroom apartment with all amenities in quiet neighborhood

My wife and daughter enjoyed our two week stay in this apartment which has everything you need for a longer stay, i.e., refrigerator, dishwasher, washing washing machine, coffe maker, toaster, etc. It has a nice bathroom with good shower and plenty of hot water. The bedrooms are of adequate size and the beds comfortable, although somewhat soft. Soeren, the owner, is very accommodating and give you all the information about the apartment and Berlin that you may want but will also allow you all the privacy you desire. The neighborhood is middle class and very safe. Charlottenburg Castle is only a five to ten minute walk from the house. The 109 Bus running a block from the house along Tegeler Weg goes to Tegel airport, so the apartment is very convenient if you fly into and out of Berlin from this airport. The U Bahn (subway) is only two blocks away at Mierendorff Platz or you can also catch it at Junferheide only 1/2 a block further away, where you can also catch the S Bahn (commuter rail). The apartment is clean and very quiet since it's located in the inner courtyard away from the street. There's a small supermarket (Edeka) that's open till 10:00pm M-F and 8:00pm on Saturday. Everything is closed on Sundays, so be sure you got everything before then. We would definitely stay here if we visit Berlin again. Peter T.

Mooi, gezellig, schoon, gerenoveerd appartement. Beschrijving /foto's kloppen. Ontvangst met een flesje bubbels en bier in de koeling en verse bloemen op tafel en in slaapkamer. Geen verkeer/straatgeluiden terwijl het appartement midden in wijk ligt, heerlijk! Er is geen terras/balkon/tuintje, maar dat vonden wij geen probleem en dit blijkt ook uit de omschrijving. We hebben al diverse appartementen gehuurd, maar dit appartement was heel goed voorzien: voldoende servies, bestek, volop kruiden, olie, thee/koffie. Daarnaast vaatwastabletten, wc-papier, plastic zakken etc. Geen probleem om te kopen, maar gewoon fijn dat je er niet aan hoeft te denken. Op ons verzoek om een paar extra handdoeken werd meteen gereageerd. Op korte loopafstand is een supermarkt (met ook vers brood/broodjes). Er is blijkbaar ook een bakker, maar de supermarkt heeft ruime keuze aan brood(jes). Is open van 8-22 u, heel handig dus (behalve zondag) Aantal restaurantjes in omgeving. Lekker gegeten. De bedden vonden wij wat zacht, maar dat is een persoonlijke voorkeur. Wifi is prima
