This four-bedroom condo offers a prime oceanfront location, a private balcony with picture-perfect views and an outdoor dining area, an inviting living area with comfortable furniture and a flatscreen TV with cable, a wet bar, a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and everything you need for a breezy stay! It also offers a king bed in the primary bedroom and a queen bed in the remaining three bedrooms to accommodate a total of eight people. Additional amenities include shared pools, a fitness center, a sauna, and more!

THINGS TO KNOW
Admiral's Quarter's indoor pool will be under construction November 2025 - January 2026. Use of the indoor pool will be unavailable during this time. Construction equipment and workers will be present on site during working hours. Construction noise is to be expected during the daytime. Parking and access paths may be limited or rerouted as needed.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Loved the condo . The only negative for was the bed in the masterbedroom . But no bed is like your own. Since room accommodate's so many people a tankless water heater would be a good investment.

Loved the location

The weather was amazing and we enjoyed the beach and the beautiful views. Also, loved the nature center and trails at the campground nearby. The indoor pool was nice for our 3 yr old granddaughter.

Needs to be updated

Lots of room in the condo which we loved but it needs to be updated and the beds are like sleeping on the ground. The outdoor pool was dirty and the indoor pool area was nasty. The entire complex needs a good cleaning.

The place was great! Everything they said and more! We had a fabulous time! Everything was great from booking to checkout. Very sad to leave!

Needs work

The location was great, but the mattresses were horrible. The mattress in the master bedroom was way to hard had to get pillows stand on and grab a hold of the headboard to get in the bed . My steps still would’ve been helpfulin the kitchen. Everything was labeled, but of course not where it’s supposed to be. The bedrooms are small. The master bedroom was huge and a humongous closet with a humongous bathroom. I felt like it wasn’t laid out properly.

Family trip

Loved the condo, spacious & great kitchen. Beautiful views. Unfortunately condo’s floors were very dirty. Bathroom not much better even though they smelled strongly of bleach. The 2 smaller bedrooms the mattresses were worn out.

Orange Beach

For the most part it was an excellent vacation. That being said, the floor was not clean (made feet black) and the dining table had a broken leg. Also, beds were not comfortable. However, we had a really great trip and the condo was huge and loved the kitchen.

Our Stay

It’s a huge condo with 4 bedrooms. The biggest perk is the 4.5 bathrooms. Kitchen is large and spacious. The owners have all the cabinets labeled so it’s easy to find things. Washer, Dryer, and fridge all work well with no issues. Location is right on the beach. Parking for the condo is at an ideal location right by the doors. Close to plenty of restaurants and shopping. The only negative is the place is a little dated such as showers and the table but nothing that can’t be overlooked. Overall a great place to stay at Orange Beach.

Unit is disappointing

Needs serious maintenance. Problems were not resolved. Closet door that was off track, and reported, fell on my head and injured arm. It was reported to Vacasa with pictures of my arm. I have a list if you want to talk.

Good housekeeping

Good housekeeping made this stay tolerable. Dishwasher was broke, many lights were out. Toilet paper rollers were missing. Sofa was very worn. Many insects in the kitchen including the silver ware drawer. We called about these items the day we arrived, the only one fixed was the toilet rollers and that was 4 days after we called. We had the family there, first time since my father died. We were very disappointed in the service we received.

This unit is spacious. Kitchen was equipped well. Parking is ample. Location and the view was amazing. There were no bugs of any sort in the unit. The unit was extremely quiet, you would have never knows there were units above, below and beside you. There is a closet equipped with many beach items available for use. Things that needs attention: the jetted tub didn’t work. The dishwasher doesn’t clean dishes. Lacking a broom and dust pan. Dining room table is broken with a caution sticker. Coffee pot is old and doesn’t offer a single serve option. Dryer will need to be ran for 2 cycles to get clothing dry. The ice maker doesn’t make much ice at all. Be prepared to buy bags of ice.

The absolute worst stay ever!!

This was the absolute worst stay with vrbo ever! It was 100 percent the host (management) company vacasa’s fault! I hope the owner see’s this review and takes action. So we check in at 4 pm. Noticed we had no parking passes after security nicely asked us to place them in the cars. I called the management co vacasa at 4:30 pm and let them know we had no parking passes. Said someone would bring 2 by. We waited hours and missed our dinner plans! Nobody came or called! I called again and was told someone from the local office would call me right away. I also noted what else was broken. 10 pm we are tired and ready for bed. Nobody called or came by security has stopped us again earlier and said we must place the passes in the cars tonight or we can be towed! I called again! Was told they reached put to the local manager and would get it handled immediately since it was a security issue with the threat of being towed! Nobody called or came!!! We went to bed scared our cars would be towed. The tv in the front bedroom doesn't work, no signal, the sliding glass door in living room was broken! Rollers were broken and it was stuck open! It was hot and uncomfortable. The next day Sunday morning i haven't heard anything from the host vacasa. I called again! All maintenance was able to do is file a ticket for broken sliding door. Was told not to use it all week! Ticket filed for no signal on tv. Couldn't use it all week. This management doesnt care about guest or property ! Dont stay here!
