This exceptional Trappers’ Cabin is conveniently located just a short walk from the Ranch Club Compound. PLEASE NOTE: NO UNACCOMPANIED RENTAL GUESTS MAY USE THE PROMONTORY AMENITIES, except that rental guests may use and enjoy the many miles of trails for hiking, enjoy the outdoor park-with sport court, PAR 10 circuit course, outdoor pickleball courts, fishing pond, and coming later in 2025, the low ropes course.

Rental Guests may golf on the Pete Dye, Canyon course for a fee ( a limited number of tee times are available for Unaccompanied Guests ), however non Members may not golf on the Nicholas Painted Valley or short course Sage course, without being accompanied by a member.
