4 Bedroom (2400 sf) Townhouse with views of the ski runs and the surrounding mountains. We are located across the street from the Park City Golf Course, 1.3 mile from the Park City Mountain Resort and Downtown Park City restaurants, galleries & shops.

Main floor features a full kitchen with new appliances and granite counters, a dining area, living room with gas fireplace a deck with a private hot tub to enjoy after a long day of skiing. The laundry and a powder room are also on this level. Dining area has seating for six to eight at the table and three at the kitchen island. The hot tub is out back on the patio, which faces McLeod Creek. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs, and 1 downstairs.

Master – King bed, TV, walk-in closet, bathroom with jetted tub and separate shower, double vanity, balcony with fantastic mountain views
Second – Queen bed, TV, adjoining bathroom
Third – 2 bunk beds (4 twins), adjoining bathroom

The lower level features a Den with a gas fireplace, full bathroom, Nintendo Game Cube and Wii game setup, HD TV, as well as games and toys for the kids.

Excellent stay

Exactly what we were looking for our long weekend ski vacation. Easy to get to both Park City and Canyons bases via bus! Debra and Rod were great to work with.

Snowbird nest!

Traveled from IL to spend a few months near our grandchildren. Cozy little home with spare room for an occasional granddaughter to spend the night. Nice playground right across the street and only a short distance to beautiful park with trails. Lucy is a perfect hostess!

Great spot

Property was great. Perfect space for two families of 5 made up of teenagers. Easy check-in, and very close to the mountain to ski. We drove everyday to the mountain bc the parking is free if you have 4 or more in your car! There is a shuttle close by as well to the mountain. Hot tub was great, kitchen well stocked, two king beds are very comfortable. Wi-Fi was great- overall will stay again.

Snowboarding with Friends

The location is great to the shuttle to Park City Mountain (just a couple block walk to Green2 which takes you to the resort). The kitchen and living room were open enough to support 8 guys all hanging out. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed to cook. Overall great stay.

Great unit for a guys trip!

"Betty" was awesome. Large enough for our 8 guy ski trip. The interior is beautifully furnished and the location equidistant between Park City and the Canyons was ideal. Very easy trips to the supermarket and liquor store right around the corner! Hope to rent it again soon!

Great Stay in Park City!

We enjoyed our time in the "Betty" property! It was clean, organized, close to skiing, and had everything we could have needed for an amazing ski weekend! Deb and her team were super responsive and were always available for any help we may need! The jacuzzi out back was a great way to relax and was a highlight of the spot! Right near a bus stop, it made getting up to town nice and easy! Couldn't recommend this place more! Thanks for everything!

Excellent ski trip condo

Great condo with 2-car garage for groups of 8-10 people. Property manager lives next door and is very helpful. Excellent location for skiers without a car, since the free shuttle bus which runs every 20 minutes directly to Park City and Deer Valley is only one block away (very punctual, beginning 5 minutes after the hour in the winter).

Great memories at “Betty”

We had 2 families (total of 9 people) staying several days at this house and we had a wonderful stay. The downstairs was a nice place for one couple and a child stayed on the pullout couch. Everyone else comfortably stayed upstairs. The kitchen area was sufficient for our needs and the hot tub was amazing after waiting in long lift lines all day. The shuttle was a short walk from the house and we had no problems navigating to the resort or to restaurants. If we come back to Park City, we all decided that we would stay here again.

Lots of room

There was plenty of room for our party of 6, all over the age of 14. Loved having the hot tub and a garage to park in (our Ford Expedition with a car top carrier fit in it - barely!). Peaceful place with little river running behind it. Quick drive ( less than 5 minutes) to Park City ski area.

Oh house Betty

Our family of 11, ages 16-70, had a fantastic time. Betty was perfect for us and a wonderful place to ring in the new year. Check in and out was super easy. Location was great. Entire house well equipped!! Would stay here every time we came to Pc!!

Exceeded Expectations

The location of the property could not have been better. 5 to 10 minute drive to anywhere you want to go. The house is well maintained and equipped for a rental. The house was extremely clean and almost appeared like no had ever lived in the home. The property management was responsive and helpful with questions. I would 100% rent this property again and would recommend to anyone. I think listing for this property understates the value of this rental property.

Great Place to Stay During the Festival

This home was a wonderful to stay for all of our guests. Everyone fit comfortably and the add-ons like the hot tub made the trip all that more special! Host was very friendly, as well as the neighbors next door. Not too far from the main street, and a nice walk to several of the theaters. I would highly recommend this rental, especially for large groups.

Betty was great.

We had a little hitch at check-in, but it was quickly resolved. There were plenty of dishes/utensils, and the pantry was even well stocked. You don't always find that to be true. The location was great - right between Park City & The Canyons lifts/resort areas. The hot tub was great after a full day on the slopes. The two car garage saved us some car-scraping. The beds were comfy, and the house warm & comfortable. We had a great time!

Betty was lovely!

Hot tub on deck was great! Great location for shuttle everywhere. The kitchen living room area was a nice size for our large group. Lots of bathrooms. Neither of the gas fireplaces worked and repair did not come over the four day visit. House was plenty warm at night!

Ski Trip Success!

This place was perfect to catch up with friends during a ski trip. It was tidy and roomy, and the hot tub was perfect for relaxing after a long day of skiing. It was right on the bus line, so traveling into town was easy. Definitely would stay here again!

Accommodations were fantastic location was fantastic correspondence with host was difficult

The accommodations were better than even expected location was wonderful. Correspondence with the house was difficult as she had told me ahead of time she will be out of town and left a back up person‘s contact information they were very difficult to get a hold of on a few occasions.

Beautiful Property and great location to hit the slopes or head downtown. Great for large parties.

Debbie was an excellent host. We were visiting with a large party of 11 for my husbands birthday. All of us were traveling from out of town and she was very accommodating with our flight schedules and our check in and check out times. The property is more beautiful then the pictures and great for large parties or multiple families. It is split into 3 floors so we all had our own space and never felt on top of each other. It is very close to the bus stop. We caught the bus to the slopes daily and the bus to town in the evening. The garage at the house was perfect to accommodate all our ski gear and a rental car. The check in and out process was very simple. The hot tub on the patio was great after a day on the slopes. The scenery behind the property is beautiful with a little stream and hills. There is also a cute walking path along the stream to the local market and state liquor store. It’s just a short 10-15 minute walk and is nice even in the snow. I would definitely be returning with my friends and family for another stay at this house.

Great location and perfect for my family

I went on a skiing trip with four other guys (Dad, Uncles, and brother). The townhouse was in a great location and very easy to find. I would recommend this to any group or family. Debbie described it perfectly in the posting. Plenty of towels, hot water, and the internet was reliable and fast anywhere in the townhouse. The hot tub was also nice and warm, perfect after a long day on the slopes. If I could have given this more than 5 stars, I would have. We all were very happy with our trip.

We love the convenience of the Parkview condos, its easy to get to any of the resorts, downtown for dinner, or to head off to Snowbird, Alta, Brighton or Solitude as well. It's big enough to spread out and be comfortable.
