With a well-equipped kitchen, a screened-in balcony, an inviting living room with comfortable furniture, and access to a private washer/dryer combo and a community outdoor pool, this condo is unbeatable!

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Great Family Friendly Property

This was a well maintained property that is tucked in a quiet location but still close to the public beach access and mid-town OCMD. The pool was very well maintained and appropriate hours for families with little ones. All around great place if you are looking for a relaxed setting.

Great place, poor cleaning and poor response from host

Great stay and location to beach. On arrival the place did not look like it had been vacuumed or swept, towels were left in 1 bathroom and trash in the living room. There was a bag of dirty linens left on the front porch. I contacted Vacasa they called back 24 hours later and offered to send out a cleaner. We had already been there for 24 hours, and had cleaned up so I declined but asked for them to pick up the linens they were still there when we checked out. Disappointing because the place was well updated and great location for a family, but the cleaning and poor management need some work.

Nice Place

Our family of 6 fit comfortably during our short stay. The place was very nice and close to the beach, food, and activities. The biggest hit with our kids was the pool. The place could use slightly better cleaning (ie coffee stains, prior tenant items, and stove burners still dirty) but it was not a deterrent for us to stay again. We really enjoyed our stay here and would book again.

Perfect for our family

This condo was perfect for my family and I. It is in a great neighborhood and the screened in deck overlooks the beautiful pool. My daughter and I loved to sit in the deck to eat. The listing is mostly accurate with the exception of the second bedroom that was supposed to have the bunk bed with one twin and one full and a separate full sized bed. Thankfully we had one less person then we thought we would have so this didn’t cause any issues with our stay. I would recommend this place to family and friends.

The location, pool, and upgraded decor style in this unit is nice, but the cleanliness was terrible. The kitchen and bathrooms were not cleaned. There were hairs and sand and filth everywhere. While making the bottom bunk bed, I found a half eaten fruit roll up under the bed. I think they vacuumed the main walk way, made the beds and sprayed some febreeze. The extra $ is not worth it for just towels and sheets. We ended up using our own sheets and towels anyway and had to clean the unit upon arrival.

Very cute place

Condo was very nicely decorated with a huge pool that my kids loved. Enough room for for a family of 5. Unfortunately, master bedroom bed was broken and even after someone came to tighten it up, only one person could sleep on it. Had to use the pull out couch which was not ideal. Location is good. You can absolutely walk to the beach across the street. We ended up taking the car just because of all the stuff we had to carry.

Paradise!

Great location & Lg main area for a 2br. Very cute & beachy decor. Kitchen has everything & then some. Loved being in front of the huge pool. Not a single problem.

Clean large condo

The condo looked professionally decorated and was very clean. It looked larger than the pictures. We loved the layout with the large family room and patio that looked out to the pool and the second bedroom with bunk and pull out bed was perfect for 3 kids. We were very impressed with the large amount of towels in the condo. Kitchen had everything we needed and the beach was a short walk across the street. We really enjoyed our stay at this condo.
