Mallard Lakes is a community of townhomes on Lighthouse Road located approximately 2 miles from the ocean and town of Fenwick Island. 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms with 1.5 baths, screened or enclosed porches. Restaurants and shopping within close distance so you can relax and enjoy without driving.
Mallard Lakes charges a $150 amenity fee for parking and pool, from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Guests must go to the Mallard Lakes office to pay for it. Every other week during the year, the amenity fee is $100 per week.
No pets please. Smoking is not allowed at the pools. No trailer or boat parking allowed on premises.
This townhouse offers on level one a living, dining, kitchen area, powder room, laundry closet and sunroom with view of manmade lake. Level two offers two bedrooms and a shared bathroom.
