Ocean City - Montego Bay - Beautiful comfort. Summer and off season rentals

Beautiful 3 bedroom, 1 and a half bath.. All new vinyl plank flooring, stainless steel appliances including dishwasher. Your own private screened porch, complete with fridge, picnic table, and even a grill to enjoy some summer cookouts. You will love the new living room with great sunset views right from the couch. Just being in the place gives you a comfortable relaxed feeling.

There are 4 bikes available for your use while enjoying your stay.

The neighborhood has 2 pools 2 tennis courts There is a fishing boardwalk directly into the bay.
Grocery store, several bars and restaurants including Duffy’s Tavern, The Crab Bag, AlleyOops,
Albertinos, and one of my favorites hidden gems Cafe Mirage are all within a mile and a half with no need to go on the Main Street.

North side park is a huge multipurpose park with walking//bike trail, outdoor gym, picnic area, and huge play ground for kids as well as a very long pier for fishing and crabbing. The park also offers a kayak and stand up paddle board rental hut, and Sundays in the park with ice cream and drone show.

Beach Trip 2025

We enjoyed our stay! Place was perfect for our family. Convenient location to Dog Friendly Beach- Fenwick Island. Kids enjoyed Alley Oops! Harpoon Hanna is always our favorite restaurant when in town!! We didn’t get a chance to check out the community pool, but we liked the quiet neighborhood for walking our dog! Can’t wait to come back!

Weekend Getaway!

This was the perfect stay for me and my family. Perfect for a famly of four to include 2 teenagers. Location is perfect - close to great restaurants and grocery! Will stay again!

Great place to stay for small group/family. It is pet friendly and it has 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms. I liked that it was clean, each room had TV, very cute place, and it is near shopping centers, the neighborhood.

Better Beach Getaway

Close enough to the actual beach - but, far enough away for some privacy. Very close proximity to the action - but, off the 'main-drag'. Very nice living quarters & very clean.

Little slice of paradise!

The neighborhood was surprisingly quiet and peaceful. The property was well decorated with nice fixtures and appliances. Just what we needed.

Great vacation home

We enjoyed our stay at this home. The location was wonderful - just a short drive to the beach. The pool was huge and really nice. We also enjoyed the access to bikes - it was nice not to have to haul our own. Joe was great at communication and getting back to us with any questions.

A wonderful experience.

We had a wonderful experience on our vacation. The home was clean, nicely decorated, comfortable, and in a great location. Check-in was easy and communication was great. Everything we needed was in the home. I would definitely like to stay at this property again.

Wonderful Little Place

We stayed in the off-season so no beach weather, but there was a conference to attend. This little house offered a wonderful home base. It was well equipped and everything worked. The porch was very nice when it was raining/sleeting/hailing/snowing and you could hear all of the wintry mix hitting the metal roof. The neighborhood was very quiet and friendly. I slept better here than I normally do at home. Joe was easy to work with and very helpful.

Perfect North Ocean City Spot

We were looking for a fall rental in North Ocean City that could accommodate our 2 dogs. Every time we reached out to Joe he promptly responded to all of our questions. He kept up with us before arrival and as we left. The place was perfect for us. Northside Park was just down the road and we had a short trip to the boardwalk in Ocean City, Fenwick, and Delaware beaches and shopping.

Great place, Great Price

My family and I had a great time staying in Ocean City at Montego Bay. The Trailer was nicely renovated and is located close to restaurants, bars, super markets, the beach and North Side Park. Easy drive to the OC board walk. The Community offers 2 swimming pools, tennis/pickleball, and miniature golf. Joe was a great host from check in to check out.

Excellent as usual

From booking, to check out, this is always such an easy process. When we got to the place it was very clean and as nice as the last time we stayed. Its a quiet neighborhood with lots of places within walking distance. Perfect place to bring your dog. We just love this place and will continue to book. Joseph is also very communicative and accommodating.

Great getaway

We had an amazing trip to OC. We were close to others in our trip. Close to everything. Beach was very close. This location was so beautiful inside. Offered so much comfort! Amazingly spacious! We were so comfortable. Owner has thought of everything! Get so welcome and so were my fur babies. Owner was so responsive communication’s! So, enjoyed our get away!

My friend, dog, and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay thanks to the owner who was quick to respond to questions and was very kind and generous (gave us extra check-in and -out time). Although the weather was not ideal, we were very comfortable staying inside since we had everything we needed. The location was close to many restaurants - for a special treat, I highly recommend trying One Coastal in Fenwick Island.

Clean and comfortable

Basically it was a very nice stay. The owner could provide cable service. We are in our 70’s and found it difficult to manipulate the stations provided. There were TVs in every bedroom which we considered a plus. It was very clean and comfortable. In the ad it listed a king size bed which didn’t exist. On the whole, it was a wonderful stay.

Nestled in the middle of everything

Such a cute community, nestled in the middle of everything. This is our 1st year staying in OCM. We typically stay bayside in Delaware. It was a nice change. The beach is close, 19 minute walk or a quick bike ride. The park is great, which we took advantage of the kayaking and crabbing from the pier on a cloudy day & had a blast. The area is such a nice place to walk around. We only used one of the pools, it was very clean & there is also a little mini golf to use near there as well. The house was adorable & super clean! Joseph was really responsive & helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

Pre season getaway

Pros - the host is extremely fast with communication. Place was clean and nicely decorated inside. Nice appliances. Location is great and very quiet , nice area to walk as well Had blanket and bowls for our dog. Early and late check in time for pre season Cons - listed as King / Queen / single bunks There was no king. The master was a queen with bathroom , the 2nd is a small cute room it is a double day bed, and the 3rd is single bunks. Could be misleading and would not have had room if our adult friends were to stay. Outside is a bit rundown but place has great potential and inside has recently been redone.

Beautiful and Relaxing Stay in Ocean City

When we arrived at the property, we were greeted by the owner and given a full tour of the place. The owner had thoughtfully included a dog bed and water bowl for our two dogs. This property is ideally located on the bayside of Ocean City and in an extremely quiet neighborhood. This was perfect for our two neurotic dogs and allowed us all to relax on vacation. We all loved sitting out on the screened in porch, whether it was early morning or late evening. All the TVs had the ability to sign into our streaming accounts and the appliances in the kitchen were all brand new. I especially loved the reminder chime on the refrigerator if you forgot to close the door. Wifi was easily accessible for working remotely when needed. The beach was within walking distance and so we're several reasonably priced restaurants/bars. The same shopping center also includes a grocery store. I would definitely stay here again.
