Welcome to your next beachfront oasis! This condo is located in The Capri, an oceanfront high-rise building located in Ocean City, Maryland. You and your loved ones will have access to incredible community amenities, such as a lighted indoor pool, exercise room, tennis courts, saunas, game room, and indoor basketball court. This coastal gem faces south with panoramic views from the ocean to the bay from the private balcony. The floor plan includes two bedrooms, the primary with an en-suite bath and a second bedroom which is adjacent to the hall bath. The living room has a sleeper sofa, a flatscreen TV with cable, and a gorgeous telescope to admire the views from a whole different point of view.

No smoking and no pets
There is a non-refundable building registration fee ($50) required at the check-in at The Capri. The fee includes one parking space. If available, additional parking spaces will be $10 per day or $55 per week for each space.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
