This relaxing Beach House has three Bedrooms, two bath + 2 outdoor showers, and is walking distance to one of the most popular Dennis beaches, South Village Beach & West Dennis Beach. Lots of amenities, we’ve got you covered. 😊Relax on the side deck after a day at the beach. There are two outdoor showers to rinse off the days adventure. Enjoy cookouts on the backyard patio by the gas fire. Smart television in all every room. A new full washer/dryer, a marble counter top cottage kitchen with adjoining casual dining room provides plenty of room to spread out or spend time together. AC, cable and WiFi available. Bring your bikes and ride along Old Wharf Road or to West Dennis Public Beach for spectacular ocean views. On a quiet dead end road giving safety and privacy.

Minutes drive to Route 28 with mini golf, ice cream, bakeries, kayak rentals, and local shops and restaurants. Golf courses nearby. A great getaway to relax and unwind. South facing with sun all day long. We have boogie boards, beach chairs, beach wagon, coolers and more. Flying out of state or forgot your beach towels? We can furnish upon request. Come relax and kick your feet up.

The perfect Cape vacation

This property has everything you could want in a Cape vacation home- a short walk to the lovely beach (and beach chairs ,towels and umbrella are provided). The inside space is maximized with 2 bathrooms and sleeps 6 very comfortably. There’s a beautiful backyard with 2 more showers & lots of seating for relaxing. Bob and Beth add so many extra touches that make this home special, they are the most thoughtful people we’ve ever rented from. The next time we rent on the Cape we’ll definitely rent this home again!

We had a relaxing break at Bob and Beth's cottage. The beach and lazy river are really fun and having the boogie boards and other beach supplies at the house is very convenient. We spent a lot of time in the backyard enjoying the birds, playing badminton and making smores over the fire-pit. The house is stocked with many amenities (kitchenware, beach toys, linens and other household things) which made it easy to cook dinners and spend quality time with our family. Bob and Beth stayed in touch with us throughout the stay and made sure that we were comfortable in the house.

Great place!

The house is absolutely adorable, and the hosts are wonderful. It was in the perfect location, as the wedding we were going to was about 4 minutes away. Unfortunately, due to the weather, we were not able to walk to the beach, but it is so so close!

Has everything you need!

This fit all our needs and the owner is very thoughtful about covering all the details. The outdoor area is a really nice space with areas for eating, relaxing, and playing.

Fantastic Property

We have been renting for 20 years and this was among the top houses we have had the chance to stay in. The owners were incredibly hospitable and the house was clean and filled with amenities. The outdoor space was worth the price of admission. We will definitely return.

Overall this property is what you think of when someone says Cottage on the Cape (and more). This home is fully stocked with amenities, linens, and kitchen tools. And the outside is ideal for grilling, gathering, and making s'mores.

Just wonderful!

This property is close to the beach, easy walk and they had a wagon and beach chairs. The owners were so nice and helpful and wanted to make sure we had a good time. Quiet neighborhood and great outdoor space. Table and chairs, gas fire table, grill and outdoor shower with hot water. This house had everything we needed and we had such a great vacation! Thank you!

Great 2 Weeks on Cape in lovely quiet home

Bob and Beth have done a great job making this house a real home away from home. Home is beautifully decorated, with large open area connected to kitchen, comfy sitting TV area, and a backyard to die for as you can see in pictures. Nice homey touches all around inside and outside. Flowers everywhere. Smart TVS in several rooms. AC units worked great when needed. GREAT JOB you two!

Excellent vacation!

Cute cottage with beachy charm. Very clean. Great outdoor showers and nice deck with gas firepit. We loved West Dennis beach! If you plan on going there a lot recommend you purchase a parking pass. South Village beach is a 10 minute walk from the cottage. Smaller beach but also very nice. The owners of the property were very accommodating and introduced themselves on the first day. Very cool 😎 Thanks

Fantastic Week in West Dennis

We stayed at this lovely home the last week in August 2024 (three adults). The owners were there to greet us and responded to any questions right away. It was clean and comfortable, and fully stocked with sheets and towels, paper goods, and beach chairs. There is a spacious backyard with a gas grill. The best part for us was the proximity to the neighborhood beach. It's a gorgeous beach with a "lazy river." It's about two long blocks from the house, so you can drive or walk. Also close to the bike path! Note: there is no washer or dryer but there are clotheslines in the back where you can hang wet clothes and towels. We definitely recommend this property for your Cape vacation.

An Idyllic Cape Cod Escape – We Couldn’t Have Asked for More!My two friends and I (all in our 40s) had the absolute pleasure of staying at this adorable Cape Cod cottage from August 16–23, 2025, and it exceeded all of our expectations. We came for the beach, the laughs, and to cook some amazing meals—and this home delivered on every front!The kitchen was a dream: fully stocked with everything we could possibly need, from quality cookware to thoughtful extras like tin foil. It made our home-cooked dinners a real highlight of the trip. The bedrooms were cozy and comfortable, and having two bathrooms was a game changer for three adults. The in-home washer and dryer was a huge bonus (especially with detergent provided!)—making it easy to keep things fresh after long days at the beach.Bob and Beth, the hosts, were simply incredible. They truly embody the saying "mi casa es su casa." Bob greeted us upon arrival with a warm welcome and helpful tips about both the house and the area. Throughout our stay, they were always just a text away—which came in handy a couple of times and was so appreciated. Their hospitality was top-tier and made the experience even more special.The outdoor space was equally amazing. Great House and Location

Great house in an awesome location. 10 minute walk to South Village Beach. The house had everything you'd need for a week at the Cape. Bob and Beth provided coffee pods, condiments, paper plates, napkins, etc. The house was spotless when we moved in. Bob met us at check in and went through everything. He provided local knowledge and he gave us a gift card to some local restaurants. Communication was excellent before, during and after our stay. The cottage roomy enough for six adults. Everything was available for the beach, even a cart to pull all your beach stuff. I highly recommend this house. We enjoyed our week and had so much fun and many laughs. Great hosts, great house, great location. We will be back! 10 stars out of 10.

A Little Piece of Heaven

Bob and Beth were awesome to work with throughout the entire process. We had the pleasure of meeting them on our arrival. They left us a gift card to some local restaurants which was a nice surprise. Bob was putting in a window unit in the kitchen after we left. This will definately be a bonus when temperatures go over 80 degrees. The beds were very comfortable. The ocean is just a stone's throw away and perfect for families with small children. Two outdoor showers with hot water and a fire pit for cooler nights. From a wagon and umbrella for the beach down to toothpicks in the cabinet, we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this rental and will rent again on our next Cape Cod adventure.

Great Rental for a Family Vacation!

My family and I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful rental property, and I can't say enough about how fantastic our experience was. We were looking for a relaxing getaway close to the beach, and this rental exceeded our expectations in every way. The location of this property is simply perfect. It's just a stone's throw away from the beach, making it incredibly convenient. If you have a car, everything is in range, including restaurants, grocery store, laundromat and other beaches. The house itself was spotlessly clean, and we felt comfortable from the moment we walked in. The best part was that everything we needed was included. The kitchen was fully stocked, and we had all the appliances and utensils we could ever require. It made meal preparation a breeze. The comfortable beds and ample storage space also made our stay very convenient. I can't recommend this rental property enough for families or anyone looking for a fantastic getaway. The great location, impeccable cleanliness, spacious backyard, and the inclusion of everything you need truly make it a standout choice. Our family had an unforgettable time, and we can't wait to return. A big thank you to the host for providing us with such a memorable experience!

We had a great week at this wonderful home! The owners really have thought of everything. The house is well stocked with everything you'll need for a week at the cape. Next year I'll know that I won't have to lug things like beach chairs, toys, wagons etc... Everything is there! The house has comfortable beds, a large table for meals and/or competitive games of Monopoly. Wifi and multiple TVs with streaming capability. A large, flat backyard with tons of seating, a grill, fire table and two outdoor showers! The location is terrific too! Walk or ride a bike to South Village Beach at the end of the street or head over to West Dennis Beach by bike or car. I opted to buy a parking pass for the week since I'd have difficulty with all the adult/kid beach gear on my own. At West Dennis Beach you can park right along the beach. Super easy! $90 for the week long parking pass. Might be smart option for people traveling with younger kids and lots of beach gear. Worked well for me. Water was warm. It's safe to ride bikes right from the house or you can load up your bikes and take a short drive over to the Cape Cod Rail Trail. The paved bike path is great but there are also trails through the woods that my kids loved, if you're adventurous. We didn't have any issues at all but I'm confident we would have had immediate help from the owners had we needed it. Highly Recommend!

9-10 minute walk to beach! 4 min's by bike

We love this neighborhood as it's located next to several desirable beaches: South Village Beach & West Dennis We love walking over to SV Beach, and biking to WD Beach. This cottage is located on a short dead-end street, with minimal to no traffic. Loved sitting on the patio and listening to the insects at night, citronella candles and bug spray were provided! The owners, Bob and Beth, thought of many convenient details, such as: Although it noted bring your own towels/linens they were provided! Plus Dish detergent, a new sponge, hand soap in bathrooms & air freshener! Paper plates, napkins, many things you normally need but forget to bring..the 'fire' to light candles that too where included. Extra comfy blankets and pillows in closet. There's even a small sewing kit, it felt like home ;O) Decorated with all those things you envision would be in a home at the cape, made the experience warm and welcoming. Beth even strategically placed candles on timers to turn on in the evening and turn off sometime during the night...that and the out door ambience of the strung solar lights/torch like too made this place memorable. In the shed is ample room to store bikes, and they have a cart with wheels you can use to bring your beach stuff to SV beach, and in the cart they have beach stuff: noodles, etc. Suggestions: In living room I held my breath when drinking red wine on the white couch... maybe something darker?! Or maybe I should chose white wine next time ;o) The table and chairs for board games we never used, perhaps others would, but we could have used a nice additional comfy chair for all of us to hang out in this room. Bob and Beth being so attentive made our experience one we would definitely repeat ... We hope to come back to this little cottage in the future. Thanks B&B

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is so close to south village beach we walked daily. Even enjoyed beach yoga which they have daily. Communication with owners went very smoothly and the outdoor area was great for entertainment . Had a wonderful experience.
