You will love this updated and nicely decorated 2 Bedroom and 1 Bath plus outdoor shower Cape House for your vacation rental. The house is located on a side street with plenty of privacy just a short 1/2 mile walk to the beach. Restaurants, Ice Cream, Deli's, etc about 1/10mi walking distance. Includes a private deck and back yard with a gas grill and patio furniture for a nice summer BBQ.

Weekly, Saturday to Saturday, rentals only during the summer.
Other amenities:

Well equipped and spacious kitchen- Dishes, Silverware, Glasses, Wine Glasses, Pots, Pans, Serving Platters, Lobster Pot, Mixer, Blender and more.

Perfect as always!

Perfect location, property is very cute and private with a fences on three sides. Comfy beds, updated kitchen, window air conditioners throughout. Great vacation!

Great week on the cape

Once again great vacation! The house is in a great location, allowing easy drives to Chatham and up to wellfleet, and also mini golf and beaches in Yarmouth. Well stocked home, great outdoor shower, comfortable beds. AC in both bedrooms and in the main part of the house. Lots of beach chairs, wagon etc in the shed. Will stay again!

Summer Stay

We had a great stay here and would definitely recommend to others. We came with our 2 and 5 year old and there was plenty of space for all. Very clean, updated kitchen. Host was great and responsive. No issues. Went to Mayflower beach most days. Would stay again.

Great house and location

This is our fourth or fifth time renting this home and it is perfect for our family! Lots of nice updates this year including the kitchen and new (very comfortable) mattresses. Thanks for helping our family have another great week on the Cape!

Memorial Day Weekend 2022

This house was perfect for 2 couples to enjoy Memorial Day weekend. It’s located near bars, restaurants, ice cream, and beaches. Can walk to many areas. Driving to any other towns was easy as it was centrally located. Property was clean and the backyard area was perfect for hanging out in the morning and at night.

Family Vacation

We had a great vacation! The house was clean and had everything we needed. The location was great! We walked all over the place; to Chapins, Woolfies, Sailing Cow cafe, ice cream shop, pizza place, to the beach etc. It was great to be able to walk with our toddler! Jessica is a great host and even let us know an Amazon package with a new grill cleaner would be arriving while we were there. The only downside was that the bedrooms only have white curtains so it was very bright in both rooms every morning. Our toddler was up early with the sun every morning. Other than that everything was great and we definitely rent again! :)

Great week on the cape!

Spent the week at this ideal home base for our vacation. 1.5 miles to West Dennis Beach (our preferred spot), walking distance to restaurants (Chapins, Cleat & Anchor), an amazing breakfast spot (Woolfies), and ice cream (Sundae School). Quick drive to Yarmouth, Harwich, and Chatham. Just perfectly positioned for us. The house was clean and well decorated. Beds were super comfy. Best outdoor shower we've used at any rental house. In all, it was just a perfect place for us this year and we had no complaints. We had great communication with the owner leading up to, during, and after our trip. She was always super responsive and friendly. We'll definitely be booking here again.

Another great visit!

We have come back to this house multiple times for our trips to the cape and there is a reason! Super clean, well stocked, great location. Nice amenities like washer/dryer and AC units. Great communication with owner and continues to be an amazing house to rent! We will be so sad if we ever outgrow the space.

Great stay at the Weir Cape house!

Our family of four had a great stay at the Weir cape house. The house was super clean when we got there and had everything we needed for our stay. The house was very family friendly and was a (very) short walk to several restaurants and a short drive to great beaches. Highly recommend if you are looking for a cute place on the Cape!

Great Cape House in Dennis

We had a great vacation here. The house was a perfect size for the 3 of us and in a great location in Dennis, convenient to restaurants and beaches. Everything felt new, clean and in great shape. Jessica could not have been more accommodating. We really enjoyed the house and recommend it highly!

Awesome family Vacation

This cottage comes with all the bells and whistles, the home is nicely decorated and furnished. And the kitchen is well stocked with all your needs. We only had a few hiccups and were addressed by the owner promptly and were very friendly and courteous. The dryer broke during our stay and was promptly fixed the day following. Only recommendation would be for window a/c units in the bedrooms, because the single unit upstairs does a poor job cooling the entire upstairs. We would definitely recommend this home to our family and friends. Thanks for allowing our family to stay at your beautiful cape cottage. Talk soon about next year.

Great location and home

This is our second time renting this house, again a great experience. Loved the location, all the helpful tips about the area, and the clean cozy home was perfect to come home to. AC and fans in bedrooms as needed, well stocked kitchen, nice outdoor shower and shed with beach chairs, umbrella, and toys for the kids. Definitely will be back!

Fantastic Cape Cod vacation

Perfect beach house for our family!

We truly had the most amazing week ever at this house! It is very clean and updated, very nicely decorated and comfortable. Great location, we could walk to a small beach in about 15 minutes and it was a two minute walk to several restaurants, ice cream, morning coffee...great neighborhood. The porch felt private, great outdoor shower and clean grill. Plenty of towels and laundry which was useful. Also plenty of beds, including bunk beds that my kids thought were the best thing ever. No central AC as with most fake houses but came with fans so wasn't an issue even on a couple of hot nights. Highly recommend and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great house! Great Location!

I stayed in this cottage for a week in mid-August with my husband and our 11-year old daughter. It was perfect for our family. The house was very clean, modern, and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, and we loved that towels and bed sheets were provided. Jes was very responsive if we had questions, and even emailed us mid-week to check that everything was going okay. I've rented many houses on the New England shore and this was definitely the nicest. As nice as the house was the location was even better. We loved being able to walk to restaurants for breakfast, dinner, and ice cream. Woolfies and the Doghouse were our favorites. Cuffy's store was a super quick drive, and we ended up there 3 times during the week so my daughter could buy souvenirs, taffy, and fudge. The sound beaches were about a 1/2 mile away. We didn't mind the walk, but it may be tough with smaller children. The good thing is because Dennisport is centrally located on the cape it wasn't a big deal to drive to other beaches. We loved the National Seashore and the bay beaches in Dennis. We also drove up to Provincetown a day for shopping and a whale watch. All in all we had an amazing week, and I'd highly recommend this house to other families.

Great House, Great Location

Jes and Mike's home was perfect for our family of four. Everything was as advertised, clean, newly rennovated and well equiped with everything we needed (kitchen is stocked). Jes and Mike were quick to respond via email with any questions that we had prior to our arrival. It is only a .5 mile walk to the beach with many activies nearby and centrally located on the Cape. We hope to stay here again!

Weir cape house

We just came home from spending a week in dennisport, cape cod at this lovely home. Everything we needed was already there and there we so many fun activities to do close by. It really is the perfect house to rent in the cape. We are considering renting again next summer!

The perfect Cape Cod get away.

We traveled to the east coast from Seattle to see my daughter at school and took a long weekend at the Cape. Jessica and Mike's home was a picture-perfect place to stay. Their home has plenty of space and the layout is great for families. The kitchen has everything you’d need; including good knives… this is important and not often the case in vacation rentals. The beds and linens are nice as well. The beaches are beautiful! We had a very relaxing time and can’t wait to go back in the summer.

There's nothing better than heading to the Cape with my daughter and enjoying everything it has to offer. We spend time relaxing, playing on the beach, eating out at many different restaurants and ice creams shops, going to arcades and museums and parks, hanging in the back yard playing games and BBQ-ing and SO much more. We live just north of Boston and love to bring our friends and family with us to enjoy the time away together.
