Located a few minutes walk from the D Garibaldi metro station and close to the Part-Dieu district and the train station, this cozy little apartment for 2 people is located on the ground floor, overlooking the interior courtyard.

Equipped with air conditioning for more pleasant temperatures in summer, this 40 m² apartment consists of a beautiful main room with a pretty fully equipped kitchen and a table for 2 people, a comfortable sofa and an HD TV, as well as a separate bedroom with a 140x190 double bed.

You will also enjoy a modern bathroom with shower, and a washing machine for your comfort.

We provide you with emergency products (a few coffee pods, tea, rice, pasta, spices, etc.) and you have access to a fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, Nespresso, microwave, etc.). Sheets and towels are included.

Free fiber WIFI available.

You will find in the apartment a guide with all the necessary information for an excellent stay (WIFI code, instructions, recommended restaurants, etc.).

Check-in is 100% autonomous from 3 p.m. via a connected lock. Check-out is scheduled until 11 a.m. at the latest.

The entire Memorable Place team is mobilized to guarantee you the best stay in complete safety! We bring in a professional cleaning team before each arrival to clean and disinfect the premises and the linens used.

As mentioned in the ad, parties and any noisy event (loud music, etc.) that could disturb our neighbors are prohibited in our apartment.
It is also forbidden to smoke inside the apartment.
