The accommodation:

Villa Soulari is fully air-conditioned and equipped with electric shutters to protect it from the heat of the Provençal summer.
It is composed as follows:
→A very spacious and cosy living room (air-conditioned) with ultra-comfortable sofas, armchairs, dining area with superb solid wood table.
The living room opens directly onto the terrace and patio bordering the pool.
→A very large, modern and ultra-equipped air-conditioned kitchen with direct access to the terraces also overlooking the swimming pool.
→A toilet with toilet and separate sink
→An air-conditioned master suite (bedroom 1) with a queen-size bed (160×200)
→ Bathroom, toilet and dressing room are part of this magnificent suite.
→ The suite is located on the ground floor roadway with direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool.
→Bedroom 2 on the half floor equipped with a double bed (140 x 190) with cupboard. A floor-to-ceiling window opens onto a balcony with a view of the garden.
→Bedroom 3 on the half floor equipped with a double bed (140 x 190) but also an extra 1-person bed, with cupboards. A floor-to-ceiling window opens onto a balcony with a view of the garden.
→Bedroom 4 on the half floor: 2 bunk beds for children and desk/armchair for telecommuting.
→ A bathroom and a toilet serve these two magnificent bedrooms.
The rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with ample storage space.

Outside:

- Large covered and uncovered terraces border the 9 x 4 x 1m40 "L" shaped swimming pool with a nice access beach, the little ones can splash around and the adults can relax...
The terraces are equipped with tables, sofas and deckchairs for maximum comfort.
In front of the panoramic bay window of the living room, garden furniture with table and cushions will call you at aperitif time.
- At the entrance you access the villa through a large electric gate where you can park several vehicles in a parking lot.

Other remarks
To describe the splendid surroundings of the house, it is located close to the center of the pretty Provençal village of Figanières.
Near Draguignan, between the sea and the Verdon: The sun, the wine, the olive oil, the old fountains... Figanières is a lively village with less than 3000 inhabitants, located in the heart of the Var at an altitude of 314 meters, 35 minutes from the sea (Saint Aygulf, Les Issambres, Sainte Maxime), close to the Gorges du Verdon and the Southern Alps, southwest of the Gorges de Pennafort, southeast of the Gorges de Châteaudouble. Very close to Draguignan (to the north-east), Figanières is served by roads that connect it to the A8 motorway (Nice, Toulon-Hyères and Marseille airports) and to the Draguignan – Les Arcs railway station (TGV). It benefits from a climate marked by the influence of the Mediterranean.
There are all the necessary amenities and shops, including a pharmacy and medical practitioners. For hypermarket enthusiasts, Draguignan is 5 minutes away... The market is held in the center of the village every Tuesday morning.
We have superb mountain bike or walking circuits on site and of course prestigious vineyards in red and rosé in particular.
You can bring back from your stay local olive oil that can be discovered in our mills: no doubt about the origin!
