Look no further for the perfect place to stay during your time in Colorado Springs! Located just between historic Old Colorado City and Manitou Springs, just minutes from Garden of the Gods, downtown Colorado Springs, Red Rock Canyon Open Space, and Pikes Peak!

This newly remodeled and furnished 3 bedroom / 1 bathroom home has all the modern amenities you will enjoy, plus the charm and character of a turn-of-the-century property!

Main level living includes family room with 70-inch flatscreen TV, gas fireplace, leather sofa and ottoman, comfy seating for 7, fully equipped kitchen with full size appliances, coffee bar, and large kitchen table with seating for 8. Three bedrooms sleep 5 with large TVs, one bathroom with tile shower and heated floors. Dual master bedrooms, upstairs bedroom has gas fireplace and private door to backyard. Downstairs walk out basement master with large TV and additional private entrance, as well as laundry room with washer and dryer. Driveway parking for up to 3 cars with partial covered carport.

This home is accessible by a flight of stairs to the main entrance, as well as a spiral staircase going down to basement master bedroom.

Fully landscaped front yard and private backyard with calming water feature, outdoor seating, and sliding screen door access to kitchen and rear bedroom.

Home is equipped with cable, WIFI, and smart TVs in all rooms. Security cameras present to view driveway/street entrance only.

Additional equipment available upon request includes: Full size air mattress, Halo bassinet, pack & play, high chair, baby gate for staircase. Please notify us in advance if you need one of these during your stay.

Loved the fully stocked property, clean and remodeled very pretty! Quiet neighborhood and convenient to Garden of Gods, Manitou Springs, Pikes Peak, grocery and restaurants. The Host is a gem!

Great House

We enjoyed our stay! The house is beautiful and just like the pictures. The neighborhood is cute and quiet. We really enjoyed having easy access to Garden of the Gods.

Perfection

This place was absolutely perfect. Walking distance to amazing trails and views. The water feature was the cherry on top. I would recommend this place to anyone coming in the area for garden of the gods. You wont regret it.

Aug short stay

Nicely remodeled home near garden of the gods. King bed in lower level that you need to use spiral stairs to access. Backyard with seating and fire pit nice for the evenings.

All the little touches

The Laurel Retreat was so comfortable and had so many nice little touches to make you feel at home. The kitchen was stocked with items that would allow us to make meals and the host provided coffee which was great! The waterfall in the backyard made sitting out in the evening so peaceful. This was so close to all of the things we wanted to do. Additionally, the wildlife that would stop in was special. We saw a deer and two fawns.

Great time at the Retreat on Laurel

My family and I very much enjoyed our time at the house. The place was clean and well maintained. We see the are making some more improvements. We loved sitting on the patio in the morning listening to the water feature in the back yard. It also was very close to the many attractions be it a 15 minute drive to the zoo or the Pike Peak entrance. Garden of the Gosa is beautiful and just a quick walk up the road

This was an amazing house! It was exactly how it was presented, the owner left easy instructions, the house was in a great location to get to all the fun things to do in the area. The house was clean, well stocked with everything my family needed, it was a fantastic experience!

Colorado oasis

I was so impressed with this house and my girls thought they were in such a special place. The outdoor living is amazing, and all amenities are high end. We were so close to all our vacation destinations. I could not have been better.

Clean, convenient, and cozy

Perfect stay for our family. The location was outstanding. The stairs to the basement room are a little tricky but you get used to them. The outdoor area isn’t pictured but was a highlight of the property. We even had a mule deer visit.

Awesome place!

This place is awesome and we thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Everything was super clean and updated. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The back yard is a great place to hang out. The extra supplies provided for us was a generous added perk and we really appreciated it. The hosts really thought of every detail to make a comfortable stay for us. We would love to stay here again!

Perfect location

Jennifer, the host, was wonderful. She was responsive and referred us to some wonderful restaurants. The house was well furnished. The property is located close to many venues we wanted to visit. It is a quiet neighborhood and we were very pleased. Couldn’t be happier!

Tater tots Vacation

It’s been 21 yrs since we had been to Colorado Springs. This was a great trip to reminisce and show the kids the wonders of Colorado. The home we stayed in was as close to perfect as could be. We will definitely try to book this place again in the future.

We loved staying so close to the GOG trails, in a comfortable and welcoming home, with a beautiful outdoor space. We cooked and enjoyed a fully stocked kitchen. It was perfect!

So clean!

We absolutely loved our family vacation in Colorado Springs! The house was a perfect size for our family of five and very clean! Our daughter has a severe nut allergy so we need a home with a functioning kitchen and this was it! Fully loaded kitchen with dishes, pots, pans and all cooking utensils- even including the little things you often forget like seasonings, oils and sugar! Flying in was also made easy with all bedding, paper products and soaps provided! Location was perfect- so close to every attraction we visited. The average drive was under 30 minutes for most things- the furthest we ventured was Mueller state park and even that was only about 40 minutes away. The house really is walking distance to some of the Garden of the Gods trailheads and we loved our evening walks. Thanks for everything Jenny, we had a perfect stay!

Beautiful details with great location

We were floored by the house and property details. I was taking notes the entire stay on things I could do when we remodel our house! Every detail from faucet selection to heated floors in the bathroom was a luxury! The yard was beautiful yet still fun for the kids. There was a beautiful covered seating area, a water feature, and natural rock my kids loved climbing. The bedroom TV's were a nice feature at night (we used YouTube sleep stations for sleeping :-) Amenities were wonderful such as coffee station, name brand items like dish soap and laundry detergent, and a small first aid kid. The beds were comfortable the entire house was perfectly cleaned upon arrival. A baby gate for the stairs, pack and play, and high chair were provided. The laundry room helped decrease over-packing! The only thing I would tell families of young children is that this was a beautifully appointed house so we were sure to move any decor that was accessible to our small children. The floor plan was not as kid friendly as some as seen in a shower only (no bath) and a winding spiral staircase (covered by gate but difficult for kids to manage when they went down). This would not prevent us from staying again but may be helpful for those reviewing this as an option! We wish there was a text/call when the house was ready for arrival. Cleaning crew did not finish until 3 to 5 minutes prior to check-in so although they weren't late it would have been nice to get confirmation since we were early.

Garden of the Gods

Excellent location - few minute drive to Garden of the Gods and Manitou Springs. Walk to horse stables (can ride to Garden of the Gods if your kids are 8+). House was very clean at check in. Kitchen fully equipped. House very functional. Kids loved the spiral staircase down to the king bed in the walkout basement. One bathroom didn’t bother us (2 adult w 2 kids). Backyard was great, nice covered open gazebo, water fountain/small waterfall. Very nice place to hang out during intense sun/nap time.
