Wake up every morning with a quick stop at our coffee/tea bar. Enjoy your preferred beverage on the Lanai overlooking our heated/enclosed pool (child safety net included) and fresh water canal.

Enjoy cooking your meals in our fully stocked kitchen. Newer appliances. Table seating for 4, kitchen island seating adds an additional 4 seats. Or throw something on the grill while the kids swim and enjoy your meal pool-side.

Tired of cooking? Enjoy a night out with many delicious restaurants that are only 5-10 minutes away. Relax and have a cocktail in Downtown Fort Myers, Fort Myers beach or take a quick drive over the bridge to Matlacha or Pine Island.

Our house is equipped with TVS, bikes, fishing gear, beach toys, games, and puzzles.

We highly recommend a short trip to the islands of Sanibel and Captiva. Experience the 20 miles of bike trails, gorgeous teal water with white sand beaches and world famous shelling.

The open floor plan makes entertaining easy and great for families with children. Watch a movie or the football game while seated on our extra large sectional that seats 9-10 guests.

Wind down your day in one of our relaxing bedrooms. The Primary contains a King bed with an attached walk-in closet and primary bath. The second and third bedroom contain queen beds and the 4th has 2 comfortable twin beds. All bedrooms have their own TV and are designed with hotel-inspired bedding.

Perfect house for family vacation

This house was excellent! The configuration of the layout was great for our family of 6. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, beach toys, bikes and extras throughout the house (books, games, puzzles etc.) The minor piece of feedback is that the thermostat continually reset to 75 and left the house feeling very warm- especially overnight.

Great Host! Nice stay and close to the beach!

We had a great stay at this clean property in a quiet neighborhood. We love the pool and the sitting area by the pool is perfect to watch the kids play BB in the pool. The host has a great kitchen for cooking and everything you need. There was even items there I did not expect, like some foil and items you might just of forgot. I would definitely stay in this property again. The owners were very fast at responding to any questions I had.It was nice that there were bikes for the kids to ride and beach chairs for us to take to the beach!! The owners provide that little extra that is nice to have!! Like the beach chairs, cooler, beach towels and bikes for the kids. There are lots of nice restaurants close we loved Texas Tony’s!! You won’t be disappointed if you stay here!

Clean and Great Communication

We stayed for a 4 night trip. Communication with owner Becky was great. She was quick to respond to a couple of questions that we had while staying here. The house is very clean. There are some stains on some of the carpets, which can happen when you have guests stay and they don't get the spill quickly cleaned up, but nothing that would keep us from renting again. The kitchen is well equiped with things you might need if you stay in and cook. The pool is great! We went to Sanibel Island, which was about 50 minutes away. We also went to Yacht Club Beach which was 20 minutes away. It was a nice stay and if in the area we would stay here again. the neighborhood is quiet and it is easy to get to grocery, restaurants and etc.

Great Stay

Everything was very smooth and professional by the owner in dealing with the reservation and a few questions that arose during our stay. The house is exactly as advertised, and the neighborhood is quiet and well maintainned.

Home away from home

House was very clean with many necessities for the kitchen. Lots of towels for pool and bathrooms. Becky was great and very fast with responses and flexibility during our stay. Getting the A/C to stay on the lower temp of 72 was tricky. Had to maneuver the touch dial a few times during our stay. A few large stains in the master bedroom carpet was a little icky.

Fantastic!!

This property was just what you would expect from the listing! Everything was clean and inviting. Becky made the entire process easy from check-in to check-out. We stayed over Thanksgiving and we could not have been happier with our stay! The house was perfect for my family of 5 and the pool and canal were amazing!!! I would 10/10 stay here again if we find ourselves in Ft. Myers again!!! Thank you!

Awesome pool home with lots of room

The house had plenty of parking space when we arrived it was very easy to get in the house. There was lots of sitting room in the living room the kitchen was filled with everything you can imagine to cook with. The pool was nice although a little warm due to the heat heater in it and it being so hot. The bedrooms were nice the beds were comfortable. I definitely would recommend this place and stay there again.

So cute and comfy

We went for a long weekend. It is conveniently located, about 30 minutes from Punta Gorde airport. It is decorated so cute and it a very nice neighbor. The pool was a very comfortable temperature and plenty big enough for our family. The beds were of great quality. I would go again

Seastheday

My wife and I stayed at Seastheday for 4 weeks, pretty much all of March. The property was as advertised with a nice warm pool, clean, and great location. The owner (Bev) was quick to answer any questions we had and was very pleasant to speak to. A couple of our daughters and families joined us For awhile and our grandkids loved the pool and basketball hoop. Overall great stay.

Perfect for our family

Our large family loved this house. It was very well stocked with everything you’d need including cooking supplies, tons of extra beach and regular towels, games, plenty of room, pool toys, beach supplies etc. it is by far the best value in Cape Coral and no hidden fees for electricity as other places we’ve stayed at in the area have. Owners were responsive and pleasant to deal with. 30 minutes to ft myers beach and about an hour to Sanibel but worth the drive. Kids spent most of the time in the pool as expected. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby but no real need to ever leave as the family was more entertained at the house than going out. Highly recommend this home. Thanks for letting us stay!

Everything we could ask for.

House is beautiful. Very comfortable. Awesome layout. The pool was perfect. Kids had a great time fishing in the canal. Location was perfect. Great place to relax and unwind after a day of adventure. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again.

Remembering MaKiyah

The property was everything it advertised. Beautiful clean house, spacious rooms, nice pool, lovely neighborhood. My grandsons were delighted with the basketball hoop in the pool, they literally played for hrs, & I enjoyed the tree swing very much. I was impressed with the thoughtfulness of little things like the welcoming bottle of wine, morning coffee station, hangers in the closets, bikes with helmets, board & card games for the kids, even coloring/puzzle books. The added security of the alarm system gave me extra peace of mind. Everything we needed during our stay was there so it felt like an actual home away from home & made us want to treat it as such. I would highly recommend anyone to Seas the Day!! Thank you so much for your hospitality!

Lots of room

This home provided the two most important things for me (besides safety-that goes without saying) it was very clean inside and out and the pool water was warm enough to just walk into. We were very comfortable and relaxed. Wished our kids and their families were staying with us here as it had so much room

We love the privacy on vacation of our own pool and the backyard canal which allows us to fish and experience Floridian wildlife. We hope our guests will experience everything that Cape Coral and Southwest Florida has to offer!
