The Space:

This bungalow is divided across three bedrooms and two bathrooms, with a huge backyard patio featuring a heated pool, jacuzzi tub, BBQ grill, and seating area with extendable sun shade. Guests are also free to use the dock space behind the home to tender their boat during their stay. Just a matter of minutes to the waters of Pine Island, guests will find the commute by boat to beautiful boating and fishing areas to be quite agreeable (especially compared to the lengthy idle times associated with Cape Coral canal systems). This bungalow is also close to a number of fantastic art galleries, restaurants, bars, and shopping in Matlacha, Pine Island, and Cape Coral (less than five minutes to each).



In terms of layout, the bedrooms and bathrooms feature the following configurations-



Primary Bedroom: Queen bed with adjacent bathroom featuring single vanity and walk in shower

Guest Bedroom: Queen bed, shared hallway bathroom with single vanity and walk in shower

Guest Bedroom 2: Two full beds, shared hallway bathroom with single vanity and walk in shower



This bungalow features high speed wifi, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, keyless entry, and every clean includes a disinfection. Guests will also find check in a breeze, with electronic check in details and 24/7 concierge support during their stay.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire property, backyard, two bikes, 2 kayaks, tennis and pickleball sets and the boat dock (but not boat lift).

This bungalow is located in gorgeous and vibrant Matlacha, FL, known as an artsy village with many great restaurants, bars, and shopping.



Getting Around:

We recommend a rental car but do include bikes with this rental that will allow guests to enjoy all Matlacha has to offer!

Guests must complete a rental agreement.

A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
