You canā€™t beat this location! This modern 1 bed/1 bath guest suite is just a 2 minute walk to downtown Sistersā€”shops, dining, coffee, and events are all steps away. Enjoy your own private hot tub, cozy fire pit, and views of the Three Sisters Mountains. The fenced yard is perfect for your pup, and a huge park is right across the street. King bed + comfy sleeper sofa. The perfect stay in the heart of Sisters! Come and enjoy a relaxing stay in one of the most beautiful towns in the PNW!

This modern-cabin style guest suite is perfect for 4 people plus your furry friend! It's 2 minutes (walking) to downtown Sisters and has a fully fenced yard, 4 person private hot-tub, and propane fire-pit. Please note that this is a guest suite (or attached ADU). There is another unit on the property that has 1 common wall/ceiling. There are zero shared spaces so it's completely private, but with the common wall there is a potential for some noise from the other unit to be heard in your unit.

Inside there is 1 extremely comfortable King size bed. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa that is surprisingly comfy for a couch-bed! The high speed wifi and smart TV will allow you to stream all your favorite shows and movies. The kitchenette includes a mini-fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. Included in the Suite is a full bathroom. This is a completely private attached ADU. It has 1 shared wall but is completely private (no access from one unit to the other). Please also note that the HVAC system is controlled via app from the Host's phone. We keep it set to a very comfortable temperature, but if you have any issues with the temperature of the unit please let me know and we can adjust it immediately.

Also, please note that in Central Oregon in the Winter we often have snowy road conditions. To make things simple, we stick to our stated cancellation policy. Please keep this in mind when booking in the Winter months. We also have a similar policy for smoke in the Summer. Thereā€™s a chance due to wildfires that there are smokey air conditions during your stay. If evacuations were to take place (extremely rare around here!) then a refund would be given, but other than that we will stick to the stated cancellation policy. Thank you for your understanding!

This location was perfect for me to walk to town for breakfast or dinner. Hardtails is an easy 3 block walk that serves food and drinks all day with a friendly attitude.

Great space in sisters with short walk to all the shops. Very clean and adequately stocked. Perfect outdoor space with fenced yard, seating area with fire, and large hot tub. The home also comes with fantastic Mountain Viewā€™s. Great communication from the management as well. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Not a kitchen of any kind!

I think your property would serve your clients better if you installed a studio style kitchen- small sink, a two burner stove and real dishes, silverware and drinking cups and glasses! A microwave did not accomplish what I needed! Also, your white towels either new a dose of sunshine or clorox

As Advertised, Great Place

This property was a perfect spot to spend the 4th with a dog who is afraid of fireworks. The size was perfect, and the yard was a nice oasis from the heat.

Little getaway

The property was about as listed very cute and calm setting. Our dog loved the backyard and we enjoyed the hot tub. Only issues were the tennents above seemed to love to move their furniture at all hours of the night. Thankfully this didnt keep us awake but it was very shocking at times especially when it came to the early morning. The property is very close to downtown sisters which made us feel very connected and made going out to experience everything very easy and simple.

This place is very dog friendly - however if you don't have a dog you find all the dog hair really gross. Property Manger was fairly responsive and brought the cleaner back in...but garbage was still not empty and dog/human hair throughout. Also - Keurig coffee machine is moldy. Great location - but not clean.

Our rating would have easily been a five had it not been for the pet smell and dog hair. We set the doggy bed outside which helped but still has dog hair on the couch and in the sheets Very cute place! Just wanted it to be a bit cleaner.

Cute little spot

We went for a long weekend and initially it was very quiet and cozy. This is a downstairs unit and when we had upstairs neighbors it was a bit noisy. Property owner was easily reached to assist. I think if we werenā€™t going for a little respite, it would not have mattered as much, we wanted total silence and did not realize there was an upstairs- our fault. With that said, the unit was cozy and clean, very easy to walk around town, great food spots, pet friendly and a great jump off spot for biking and hiking. The only reason Iā€™m not giving 5 stars is just because of the upstairs- but thatā€™s of no fault by the owner, just what we really wanted in a space.

This little rental was super amazing for many different aspects. The host was super responsive, the house was clean, and the hot tub was on point. I recommend taking your loved one to this spot and enjoying the peacefulness of the little town of Sisters.

Overall, great place to stay!

We had a great stay here overall. Joey was very communicative with us ahead of time and during our stay. The only thing we found a bit frustrating was that it wasnā€™t obvious to us from the listing the the rest of this house is a separate rental. We rented this house to stay in for our wedding, and found it a bit frustrating to have somewhat noises neighbors to listen to the night before and the night of our wedding. It seemed like we may have also been sharing a hot water heater with the rest of the house since I was unable to take a hot shower the morning after our wedding. Overall, it was a great visit but I think some clarification on the setup of the rental would have been helpful.

Excellent stop on our Oregon tour.

Clean, accessible and great for the price. Great day shopping in Sisters, with a variety of food options. Close to many local hikes, attractions. Loved the HOT TUB! Nice touch! Residents upstairs a bit loud, but overall really enjoyed our stay.

The bad: Property was dirty. Previous stays pet hair everywhere. Snow not shoveled properly in order to use outside grill and fireplace. Unable to control temperature - thermostat in neighboring unit. Property was noisy - can too easily hear whatā€™s happening/whatā€™s being said in neighboring unit. The good: great location - can easily walk to all places downtown, private yard for dog, gas fireplace is nice and relaxing, and cute inside decor.

This is a completely private attached ADU. It has 1 shared wall but is completely private (no access from one unit to the other).
