We LOVED the condo! It was perfect with all the amenities! We have been visiting Kiawah for years and this was one of our favorites!

We enjoyed sitting on the screen porch watching the alligators and other wildlife.

Yes the villa buildings are raised up a bit off the ground and the first floor units do require a few steps, we hope that was not too much trouble for you and we would love to host your future stays.

beautiful updated villa with all the necessities

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was perfect. We could not have asked for anything more. It had everything we needed and not a detail was left unmissed. Little things like having multiple USB chargers next to nightstands and leaving sunscreen out for us really enhance your experience. CHeck in and check out was extremely easy and well communicated. The villa had everything needed for a week stay- great pots and pans, different types of stemware in the bar area along with all the cooking utensils you need. I will definitely be staying here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location - husband attended many tennis drill sessions and he learned a lot. We did a pickle ball instructional session and it was great.Restaurants are wonderful, grocery shopping nearby and the “Nest” was ideal. We rode our bikes and walked the beach. March was a bit chilly !!

The guest bedroom is spacious and it’s nicely tucked away from the master so everyone can have their own privacy. The kitchen is well supplied with dishes, beautiful cookware and other supplies not often found in a rental.The location is perfect being close to both end of the islands, The Sanctuary and the Nest where you can grab a bite to eat and etc. we enjoyed our stay and are confident that others will as well.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our girls trip went on without a hitch thanks to ESPM Property Management and the beautiful 4751 Tennis Club property. The perfect size for 6 (& up to 8!) with every detail well thought out for a relaxing trip. The screened-in porch was a group favorite, as well as the adorable interior that made us never want to leave!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the screen porch. The property has been updated and was very clean. The bedroom with two beds faces the parking lot and the parking lot lights are extremely bright at night even through the blinds- would suggest blackout drapes. Email with parking passes was not forwarded prior to arrival. However, the staff member that fielded the call arranged immediately.

I apologize you did not receive the gate pass in a timely manner, they can get sent to spam/junk folders or blocked by certain email addresses due to the attachment, but I am glad a staff member was able to quickly assist. Blackout curtains have now been added so the lights are no longer a problem, we'd love to have you back soon to check it out!

My 88 yo mother in law wasn't able to take a safe shower using her walker, but that was the only issue. My husband and I loved the bike rental as the beach is so much fun to bike on being very wide and firm at low tide.

Beautiful Tennis Villa, close to everything!

We just returned home from our week-long stay in this beautifully renovated unit in the Tennis Villas. It was our first time visiting Kiawah and the unit owners were helpful and responsive in answering all of our questions. The beach is easily accessible from the unit either by bike (7 minutes), short walk (10 minutes) or drive (5 minutes). My kids loved Night Heron Park, also a short bike ride, walk or drive, especially the basketball court! The unit is beautifully decorated in a beach chic motif. We sat for hours on the screened in porch watching the alligator, fish and birds in the pond. We highly, highly recommend this unit and all the beauty it has to offer!
