This home is a beautifully decorated 3 bedroom 2.5 bath, 2-story townhome with luxury furnishings and high-end appliances. With over 1,800 sqft. of living space, guests will have plenty of room to spread out and relax. Great care has been taken to make sure your stay is one you'll remember for a lifetime.

As you walk into this magnificent townhome you will feel right at home. Wood floors throughout, Florida-style decor and comfortable furnishings make this home one of the best in the community. The living room features a cozy section sofa, a 38" smart TV, and french doors leading to the patio where one can enjoy the Florida sun. The large, fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a drip coffee maker, a kettle, and all your cooking essentials, The dining area offers seating for 4 with additional seating for 3 at the kitchen counter. A half bath and large pantry are also located on the main level.

Upstairs on the 2nd level, guests will find the spacious master suite featuring a king-size bed, 43" smart TV, large walk-in closet, and full bath with dual sinks and a large walk-in shower. French doors lead to a private balcony with a table and seating for 4. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning and take in the fantastic Florida weather. The 2nd bedroom, perfect for those traveling with children, can only be accessed through the master suite, through the bathroom. This bedroom features a set of bunk beds with a full on the bottom and a twin on the top, sleeping up to 3 children.

The roomy 3rd bedroom features a king-size bed, comfy sofa sleeper, large closet, and 34" smart TV. The 2nd full bath, located in the hallway features a walk-in shower. An added bonus to the 2nd level is the wet bar, which is located in the hallway between the master suite and the 3rd bedroom. It features a wine cooler and a Keurig Coffee maker. A stackable washer/dryer is also located on the 2nd level.

This home also features cable TV, WiFi, gas bar-b-que grill, and all your linens are supplied. Guest may book dock space by calling the New Smyrna Marina's Fishing Store.

Located in heart of our friendly little beach town, the New Smyrna Marina is only minutes from all New Smyrna Beach has to offer. A riverfront complex, New Smyrna Marina, is within seconds of the white sandy beach and one-of-a-kind restaurants and boutiques found on Flagler Avenue and Historic Canal Street.

The Canaveral National Seashore, one of the finest national seashore parks in the country, is only a short drive away and offers a 57,000 acres national park nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River. It also features one of the longest stretches of pristine beaches in the United States. It's a must-see!

Also within a short drive south is the Bethune parking featuring a fishing pier, tennis and basketball courts, beach volleyball court, and playground. JB's fish camp is nearby offering some of the best fresh seafood in town. Kayak rentals and paddleboard tours are also available at JB's.

The Marine Discover Center can be found nearby and has spent over 20 years informing guests about the amazing biodiversity of the Indian River Lagoon. They offer amazing boat and kayak tours as well as some great educational summer camps for kids.
