The spacious and well maintained apartment "Casa Katya" welcomes its guests with a large furnished terrace and a charming flower and herb garden. The sound of the sea and the spectacular view of the neighboring island of Tenerife and the Teide inspire every visitor immediately. Surrounded by banana plantations, up to four people will find peace and security in the immediate vicinity of the beach of Hermigua, as well as the nearest restaurant or supermarket.

The apartment has two bedrooms, one with TV. Both bedrooms have comfortable, wide double beds and each have their own bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped. The small dining room can accommodate 4 people, here is a second TV.

The large veranda facing the garden is the highlight of the apartment. A comfortable seating area invites you to stay outdoors. The view across the lush greenery of the garden all the way down to the Atlantic Ocean is spectacular.
