Whether you're here for the snow, the summer, or just some small-town sparkle, Sierra Park Villas is your go-to crash pad for adventure and relaxation.

The free trolley stops right outside—yes, darling, you basically have a chauffeur. Want to hoof it? Old Mammoth Road is a quick jaunt away and it’s packed with mouthwatering eats, quirky shops, and enough local flavor to keep your Insta popping.

Nice Place in Central Mammoth near the Vons

Nice spacious property for a family of four. Great location near the Von's and bus lines to Mammoth lodges. Easy drive into the Village.

Great location, great property

The parking lot should be restricted to guests only, that was the only issue we had when we stayed there. Great overall experience, planning to go back soon.

Quick trip to Mammoth for Christmas

Came to Mammoth to ski for a couple days. Condo is located in Mammoth Village and convenient to shopping and slopes. Would recommend

Great Condo

We loved our condo and location. We used the Jacuzzi & Pool everyday and laundry twice while we were there. The condo had all the kitchen appliances and the beds were very comfortable. I would recommend this condo to family and friends. We would stay here again!

Was a nice location, close to everything! Weekend was hot, and hard to cool down the place even with windows open at night, but apart from that, great spot!

A great place to stay! We stayed in #17 and the place appeared to be recently remodeled. Very cozy. We've been staying at the Sierra Villas every year for the past 25 years. Love it there. See ya next year!

Easy & Comfortable

The booking, check-in, and check-out we're very easy. The location is great-- we walked to go grocery shopping and eat out. We enjoyed the spa on site and the property is very well kept. The kitchen was VERY well stocked with equipment and tools and there were plenty of towels etc for the 5 of us. We enjoyed the place--thank you for sharing!

Nice place. Getting the entry code took a bit of digging (but it was there in the link to the app when I looked carefully enough). It is a little bit worn, but was clean and we would stay there again.

Overall acceptable, but loft futon/bed needs to be replaced if anyone is to sleep on it. Don't want to have to download and app to get check-in information.

We were honestly really disappointed in the lack of cleanliness. The pullout bed was covered in dirt and crumbs, the carpet was stained and dirty, our bottom sheet had human hair on it and mysterious white stains and the pillows smelled funky and had a weird dark colored residue, need I say more? Also, we ended up needing bedding for the pullout bed and there was none available so we had to call the owner who begrudgingly gave us a code for a storage closet which only contained very dingey bedding. I will say location was great but they could really take more pride in their property.

I’ve already addressed your concerns with our housekeeping team to ensure this does not happen again. The condition of the bedding and pullout sofa you described is unacceptable, and we will be replacing and deep-cleaning items immediately. I also regret that the extra bedding provided from the storage closet did not meet expectations—this is something we will be improving upon right away. On a positive note, I’m glad you enjoyed the location, but I recognize that doesn’t make up for the frustrations you encountered. Please know that your feedback is being taken seriously, and we’re committed to raising our standards so future guests have a much better experience. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. We hope you’ll consider giving us another opportunity to provide you with the clean, comfortable, and welcoming stay you expected and deserved.

Family Stay

The location was wonderful, the living area and kitchen great and there were some necessary items that were very helpful and 2 of the bedrooms were great. Unfortunately, we needed another bed for 2 and the sleeper sofa for one person just staying one night. The "double " bed described for the loft is actually a trundle bed that kept collapsing on my daughters partner. Also, there were no sheets for the bed. They moved to the sleeper sofa but were hoping for a more private space. You can not beat the location - we were there for our daughter's wedding, (she lives in Mammoth) and this was a perfect spot.

The stay had a lot of kitchen utensils which was nice. Everything was super kid friendly and child proof. Parking was easy. The 2 bedrooms were spacious with the top nook/game room. Would definitely stay here again but just bring toilet paper. No extra spare. Everything was straightforward and easy to navigate through. Very thorough

Bluesapalooza

The property needs work, interior and exterior painting, dry rot deck, barbeque was filthy. The facility smelled of overpowering "pine sol" when we arrived, had to air out, dirty finger marks on all walls, kitchen floor not clean. It was a beautiful summer season, but upstairs window with no screen unable to open without bugs, call to property manager on day one, never heard back. No hand soap in bathrooms. Presentation book was a nice family story, but presentation very unprofessional, a single piece of lined paper to leave comments, and comments left February were in regards to the missing screen which was still missing?? I have rented many VRBO's in several states, perhaps it would be helpful for the owners to rent a VRBO and get a feel for what the renter is looking for. This was the worst presentation I have experienced. I intend this information to be constructive. The location is great, within walking distance to everything.

We take all of your concerns seriously: the condition of the deck, painting, and general cleanliness should have been addressed prior to your arrival, and I apologize that they were not. The strong odor you encountered, along with the lack of hand soap and the unaddressed window screen issue, are details that should never have been overlooked. I am also disappointed to hear that your call to the property manager was not returned, as communication and responsiveness are essential to guest comfort. Your comments about the guest presentation materials are also well taken. We want our homes to feel welcoming, professional, and thoughtfully prepared, and clearly, improvements are needed here. I will be reviewing these items directly with our team and the property owner so that necessary updates and repairs are prioritized. On a positive note, I’m glad you enjoyed the location and proximity to town, but I recognize this did not offset the frustrations you encountered. Please know that your feedback is being used constructively, just as you intended, to ensure future guests have a much more positive and polished experience. Thank you again for helping us improve.

The condo was very comfortable, however it took a while to warm up place. Once it reached a comfortable temperature it stayed warm our entire stay. I would not hesitate to recommend this place.
